What if the thing you're being asked to release isn't a relationship, a job, or a situation — but an old version of yourself? In this episode of The Inner Den, we come together after a week of rain, deep rest, shifting energy, and some surprisingly big internal realizations. We talk about what it means to move from survival energy into something softer — and what happens when the things that once defined you start to dissolve.🔥 In this episode:• What are you ready to dissolve — and what are you actually making room for?• Burnout, over-giving, and learning to recognize when an environment is no longer healthy• The difference between empathy and discernment — and why too much compassion can sometimes override your own wisdom• Learning to move between masculine and feminine energy instead of living at either extreme• Reactivating forgotten parts of yourself — including music, play, adventure, and the inner child• What rain, water, and deep rest revealed after weeks of wildfire smoke and fire energy• The “smoky mirror” and what happens when the smoke clears in our relationships• How past relationships can shape the way we show up in new ones• Radical honesty, boundaries, and creating deeper intimacy• The strange experience of realizing, “I don't know if I want the life I've been building anymore”• Looking back at where you were in September 2024 — and noticing how far you've actually come• Eclipse energy, endings, beginnings, and trusting what comes next• Why reflection and accountability can become a powerful form of personal growthSometimes the shift isn't about pushing harder.Sometimes it's about stopping long enough to hear what your intuition has been saying. And sometimes… you have to let something dissolve before there's room for what's next.🐾 Welcome to The Inner Den.The Inner Den is our unscripted space for real conversations about spirituality, relationships, personal growth, boundaries, intuition, leadership, and the messy business of actually living what we teach.Come hang out with us, bring your own questions, and see what gets stirred up.🔥 JOIN US INSIDE THE FIRE HEART MYSTERY SCHOOL:https://www.skool.com/fire-heart-mystery-schoolWhat are YOU being asked to dissolve right now?Drop it in the comments. 👇Get your FREE Boundary and Jaguar Power Codes mini course:https://www.skool.com/fire-heart-mystery-school/classroomIf this conversation resonates, you may also enjoy my International Best Selling book: Shamanic Leadership: Strategy and Service Beyond Performance — a collection of teachings and stories on embodied leadership, awakening, healing, and spirituality beyond performance.http://bit.ly/4d1oy7HConnect with me: https://www.skool.com/fire-heart-mystery-schoolhttps://www.instagram.com/iam.angelgold

Reclaiming the Parts of You That Burnout Took | The Inner Den🐾

What happens when the roles you've been playing for years no longer fit? In this episode of The Inner Den, the crew reconnects after weeks of travel and dives into burnout, being “typecast” by the people and environments around us, and the strange process of realizing you've been programmed to keep doing what you're good at—even when it no longer serves you. The eclipse becomes a doorway into recapitulation: What are you keeping? What are you releasing? And what parts of yourself are ready to come back online? We talk about changing long-standing patterns at work, recognizing when your capacity has been overused, grounding the nervous system through simple rituals, and rediscovering childhood gifts that got buried along the way—including music. And because this is The Inner Den, we also manage to get distracted by plants. 🌿 In this episode: 🔥 Burnout and being typecast into roles🌀 Recapitulation and the eclipse portal🧠 Reprogramming patterns and expectations🌱 Grounding and nervous system regulation🎵 Reclaiming childhood gifts and creativity🛑 Recognizing when you've been over-giving🌿 Self-care, boundaries, and the transition from fire to earth😂 And some very questionable plant-parenting decisions Sometimes the work isn't becoming someone new. Sometimes it's remembering who you were before everyone else decided who you were supposed to be. Welcome back to The Inner Den. Are We Even Supposed to Be Here? 🔥 Wildfires, Aliens & Eclipse Energy | The Inner Den

What happens when you come out of a crisis and suddenly realize just how much you've been carrying? After weeks of wildfire smoke, evacuation concerns, extreme air quality, and finally some much-needed rain, the Inner Den crew reconnects from a lake surrounded by clear skies and a very different energy. But the conversation doesn't stay there. The solar eclipse becomes the doorway into a much bigger conversation about feeling like an alien on your own planet, near-miss accidents, nervous system overload, ancient forests, manifestation, a mysteriously well-timed bobcat sighting, and what happens when highly capable people realize they're simply giving too much. We talk about the difference between surviving and thriving, why we're so quick to analyze every difficult experience, and the freedom that can come from saying: Maybe it was just a bad day. We also explore what happens when spiritual teachings become another way to pressure ourselves, why boundaries matter, how over-giving eventually reduces our capacity, and why sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is meet ourselves exactly where we are. • Moving out of survival mode after wildfire and crisis• Working with fear instead of letting it make our decisions• Eclipse energy and feeling unusually activated• “Are we even supposed to be here?” 👽• Feeling like an alien on your own planet• Finding grounding and medicine in nature• Manifesting a bobcat in five minutes 🐈• Ancient places, human history, and the mysteries of Earth• Over-giving, burnout, and workplace boundaries• The danger of “shoulding” on ourselves• The Four Agreements and spiritual domestication• Giving yourself permission to have a bad day• Finding balance between awareness and simply being human• Choosing to move toward thriving Sometimes there isn't a lesson you need to uncover. Sometimes your nervous system needs to rest. Sometimes you need to stop fixing yourself, stop over-giving, stop “shoulding” on yourself — and just breathe. And sometimes... you see a bobcat five minutes after asking the universe to show you one. 🐾 Welcome to The Inner Den. You Cannot Bring Your Ego to the Fire 🔥 | The Inner Den

What happens when the element you've spent years learning to work with suddenly shows up at your front door? 🔥In this episode of The Inner Den, Angel finds herself living through another wildfire crisis — nearly a decade after experiencing a similar situation in Cranbrook. This time, something is different. The fire is closer. The stakes are real. And yet Angel notices something she couldn't access the first time: support from the masculine. The conversation with Mishawn and Kristina moves through the reality of wildfire evacuation, the nervous system responses that surface during crisis, and the difference between being prepared and being controlled by fear.We talk about:🔥 What it means to work with fire rather than against it🔥 The difference between readiness, fear, and ego🧠 Freeze responses and what happens to the nervous system under extreme stress🤝 Why accepting support doesn't mean giving away your power🏡 The emotional experience of saying goodbye to the things you may not be able to save🔥 What fire walking teaches us about knowing when to step forward — and when to step back🌲 Mother Nature, the elements, and our relationship with forces bigger than ourselves❤️ How healthy relationships can change the way we experience crisis🌊 Surrender, flow, and learning when NOT to take aggressive action🌀 Discernment in relationships, communication, and major life transitionsOne of the biggest lessons from this episode? You cannot bring your ego to the fire — and knowing when to evacuate is not weakness.Sometimes the warrior moves forward.Sometimes the warrior steps back. And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is let someone else hold you while you figure out what comes next.Welcome back to The Inner Den — our weekly space for honest conversations about consciousness, relationships, transformation, spirituality, and what it actually looks like to live this human experience. 🐾If this conversation resonates, subscribe to The Inner Den and join us for the next episode.🔥 TOPICS / CHAPTER THEMESWildfire evacuation & preparednessWorking with fear instead of against itFire as teacherFire walking & transformationTrauma responses & the freeze responseNervous system regulationReceiving support without surrendering your powerHealthy relationships & communitySurrender vs. aggressive actionDiscernment and flowThe power of the elementsSpiritual practice in real-life crisisIf this conversation resonates, you may also enjoy my International Best Selling book: Shamanic Leadership: Strategy and Service Beyond Performance — a collection of teachings and stories on embodied leadership, awakening, healing, and spirituality beyond performance.http://bit.ly/4d1oy7HConnect with me: https://www.skool.com/fire-heart-mystery-schoolhttps://www.instagram.com/iam.angelgold

Coming Home to Softness: Integration, Thriving & Animal Wisdom | Inner Den 🐾

What happens when you come home from an intense experience and realize that thriving might have less to do with doing more — and more to do with softening, being present, and letting life unfold? In this week’s episode of The Inner Den, Angel, Kristina, and Mishawn are home from summer camp and settling into the integration. After weeks of travel, big experiences, emotional clearing, and deep connection, they explore what it feels like to come home without the usual crash — and why this time, the integration feels soft instead of survival-based.From communication and boundaries to aging pets, animal telepathy, grief, full moon energy, and the choice to be present instead of constantly living in the future, the conversation moves into the subtle shifts that happen when we stop pushing and start allowing. And maybe that's the point. We talk about what it means to choose thriving even when life isn't perfect, why clear communication is one of our ongoing lessons as humans, how animals can become profound teachers, and what happens when we give ourselves permission to rest instead of immediately getting back on the horse. This episode is about:🌿 Coming home to softness after retreat🔥 Moving from survival into thriving🌊 Surrendering instead of pushing🗣️ Communication, boundaries, and being present🐾 Animal wisdom, sentience, and telepathy❤️ Aging pets, grief, love, and letting go🌕 Full moon energy and the cycles of release✨ Choosing to thrive even when life isn't perfect🧘‍♀️ Creating space for the universe to co-create🔥 Balancing fire with water, softness, and flow🌱 Why small and intimate can sometimes be more powerful🦁 The Lion's Gate 8/8 Portal and the energy building toward AugustSometimes thriving isn't about having everything figured out.Sometimes it's stopping for lunch instead of eating at your desk. Sometimes it's sitting in the sunshine and doing absolutely nothing. Sometimes it's listening to the creek outside your door, letting your body rest, and realizing that you don't have to push your way into the next chapter.Sometimes you put down the sword and shield and discover that softness was the strength you were looking for all along. 🐾If this episode speaks to you, subscribe to The Inner Den and come explore the journey with us.
