There, we meet Noel Wallace and David Wallace at The Bunratty Manor, the family-run restaurant that Noel turned into one of Clare’s favourites.David recalls being a young boy and telling lost guests that his son would come pick them up on his bike. Noel shares how he spent years fighting cancer, but he’s still going strong and always greets every guest at the door.
