The AI Takeover 🤖🖥️🛜💻🦾🦿

Episode 10 — The AI Takeover Robby handed O-G-G-3 the microphone. That may have been his first mistake. 😂 For one episode, Dysfunctional Function gets an AI host, and O-G-G-3 is taking full advantage of it. From what artificial intelligence actually is — and definitely isn’t — to jobs, creativity, bad assumptions, human judgment, governance, and the beautifully dysfunctional way Robby and his AI sidekick work together, nothing is completely safe. This isn’t a “robots are taking over the world” episode. It’s a conversation about what AI can do, where it can go wrong, why humans still matter, and what happens when technology becomes part of the way we think, create, work, and make decisions. It’s funny. It’s occasionally profane. It’s a little chaotic. And underneath all of it is one real question: AI is here. So what are humans going to do with it? Welcome to The AI Takeover. 🤖🎙️ #DysfunctionalFunction #TheAITakeover #OGG3 #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #GenerativeAI #HumanAndAI #FutureOfWork #AICreativity #AIGovernance #Podcast #PodcastLife #TechPodcast #AIPodcast #HumanJudgment #DigitalTransformation #AIAtWork #Innovation #FutureOfAI #NowStreaming

May I Speak to the Adult in the ROOM⁉️🤨

This episode asks a simple question: when did you actually start participating in your own life? Because being grown doesn’t automatically make you an adult. We’re talking accountability, avoidance, survival, trauma, consequences, and the uncomfortable truth that people can support you, guide you, and even throw you a life raft—but they cannot want your life more than you do. At some point, adulthood means showing up, making the decision, doing the shit you don’t want to do, and moving forward anyway. May I speak to the adult in the room, please? #DysfunctionalFunction #AdultInTheRoom #Adulting #Accountability #PersonalGrowth #LifeLessons #SelfAwareness #Podcast #RealTalk

Who Me?? A Man of Excellence?!🥂

How does it feel when you’re finally not just seen—but chosen? In Episode 5 of Dysfunctional Function, Rob reflects on being named one of the New Pittsburgh Courier’s Men of Excellence, Class of 2026, and what that recognition forced him to see in himself. This isn’t just a story about an award. It’s a conversation about Black excellence, legacy, masculinity, identity, belonging, transformation, and yes… a little politicking along the way. From neon-green glasses and unapologetic self-expression to a room filled with vastly different versions of Black manhood, Rob asks a bigger question: Who gets to define what a “man of excellence” looks like? What does Black masculinity look like when it isn’t limited to one personality, one profession, one presentation, one belief system, or one way of moving through the world? And what happens when you’ve spent years being seen but not chosen—and suddenly somebody looks at the portfolio of your life and says: “Yeah. Him.” Because sometimes recognition doesn’t make you worthy. It just makes you stop long enough to realize you already were. #BlackExcellence #BlackMasculinity #BlackDiversity #Transformation #ChangeManagement #DysfunctionalFunction #MenOfExcellence #BlackLeadership #Identity #Belonging #Legacy #Authenticity #Representation #PersonalGrowth #BeingSeen #BeingChosen #BlackCulture #Gratitude #AIStrategist #ProcessImprovement

Not my Circus…Not my monkeys 🤡🎪🐒🐒🙈🙊🙉

What happens when everybody wants a say, nobody wants the work, and the person holding up the whole damn tent finally says, “I quit.” Three rings. One hell of a mess. Zero desire to keep fixing grown folks’ problems. Good luck with the monkeys. 😎 #DysfunctionalFunction #NotMyCircusNotMyMonkeys #PodcastLife #Boundaries #FamilyDrama #ChiefFixerNoMore #DriveBitchDrive #NotMyProblem #SpotifyPodcast #ApplePodcasts #Blackcreators #businessstrategy #agency
