LM Architecture Show is where I pull back the curtain on everything that makes architecture architecture, the secrets, the tricks, the way architects actually study human behaviour to understand space. This field is a massive, magical world that looks one way from the outside and works completely differently on the inside. I feature the key players from concept - to - site who make successful architecture happen. And since I've lived in Qatar my whole life, a lot of what we build here, literally and professionally, is rooted in this place.

Software UX vs. Real Life: Adiba Maisha Drops Hard Truths I Ep 6 I What Nobody Tells You!

What happens when you unleash a tech mind onto physical architecture? In this episode of the LM Architecture Show, researcher and tech expert Adiba Maisha sits down with us to break down the intersection of software UX and spatial design. After taking her tech background into the physical environment of the Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP), Adiba reveals the hidden design flaws, user-experience traps, and hard truths about how modern spaces fail the people who actually use them. From code to concrete, we’re unpacking why physical buildings need to start functioning more like seamless digital interfaces—and what architects are consistently getting wrong. In this episode, we cover:- The crossover between software UX principles and physical architectural design.- Real-world spatial critiques from a two-day deep dive into QSTP.- Why user flow, feedback loops, and accessibility matter just as much in buildings as they do in apps.- Practical takeaways for architects looking to build smarter, user-centred spaces.Subscribe and follow for more fun content!
