Kitchen Rhythms That Make Mealtimes Easier

In this episode, we chat about what can make family mealtimes calmer, safer, and more connected. Sharing how Montessori principles can shape the rhythms of a family kitchen—from meal and snack routines to children’s roles in preparing and cleaning up. We'll look at the role of the adult in setting clear expectations around what, when, and where children eat, allowing children the freedom to decide how much to eat. Whether you’re new to Montessori or adapting what you already know to home life, this conversation offers practical “little bits” to try in your own kitchen to find a kitchen rhythm that will work for your whole family!
