    This is a discussion about self-censoring in the United States today.  There is an epidemic of pressure to conform to accepted speech and this must be identified and ended. Political correctness, Cancel culture, and speech bullying is happening and it's not coming from the government this time. We are allowing ourselves to be suppressed by what others think and this will have a chilling effect on America if it's not addressed.  Freedom of speech shouldn't be a reason to isolate, suppress, or mock people. People lose their jobs and reputations way too often today for just speaking their mind. Support the show
