    INSIGHT: Visitation Rights

INSIGHT: Visitation Rights — Have We Reduced Our Heavenly Father to a Weekend Appointment? In many families, custody arrangements establish when a parent and child spend time together. But have we unknowingly created a similar arrangement in our relationship with God? Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, Christmas, Easter, and the occasional emergency prayer. Is that all we're giving the Father of all creation? In this episode of The Kamber Commentary 28:20, we explore John 15:4–5, James 4:8, and Matthew 22:37 to discover why God desires more than occasional visits. He calls us into a daily, abiding relationship. God doesn't want visitation rights. He calls us to abide in Him. Thank you for joining me for another INSIGHT from The Kamber Commentary 28:20. Remember to L.O.A.D. — Learn God's Word, Obey His Word, Apply His Word, and Disciple others. PRAY THE WORD: Our Hands In His Hands

PRAY THE WORD is a guided time of Scripture, prayer, and faith-filled declaration designed to help us do more than simply read God’s Word—we pray it, believe it, and apply it. Each episode takes biblical truth and turns it into personal prayer. As you listen, you’ll be invited to pray along, agree with what God has said, and make Scripture-based declarations of faith. This is not positive thinking or confidence in our own words. Faith comes from hearing the Word of Christ (Romans 10:17), and biblical faith agrees with what God has already spoken. So slow down. Listen. Pray. Repeat the declarations aloud when prompted. Bring your thoughts, fears, needs, struggles, and circumstances under the authority of God’s Word. Don’t just read the Word. PRAY THE WORD. This has been PRAY THE WORD from The Kamber Commentary 28:20. INSIGHT: Freedom Requires Virtue

INSIGHT: Freedom Requires Virtue | LIBERTY — Part Two What happens when a nation gains independence but loses its moral character? On July 3, 1776, John Adams warned Abigail Adams that the new American governments would need greater virtue and less corruption if independence was to become a lasting blessing. In this second episode of our LIBERTY series, we examine Proverbs 14:34 and the biblical principles of righteousness, perseverance, self-control, and responsibility. Before we demand change from our nation's leaders, are we allowing God to work in our own hearts? Scripture: Proverbs 14:34; James 1:2–4, 14; 1 Peter 1:6–7; Galatians 5:13. INSIGHT: Freedom Has A Price

INSIGHT: Freedom Has a Price | LIBERTY — Part One On July 3, 1776, John Adams wrote to his wife Abigail about the enormous sacrifice that would be required to preserve American independence. He understood that declaring liberty was only the beginning. In this episode, we examine the price of political freedom alongside the greater spiritual freedom purchased by Jesus Christ. Galatians 5:1 calls us to stand firm in the freedom Christ has given us. Are we simply enjoying the benefits of freedom, or are we fulfilling the responsibilities that accompany it? Scripture: Galatians 5:1; 1 Corinthians 6:20; 1 Peter 2:16; John 8:36. L.O.A.D. — Learn, Obey, Apply, Disciple Make R.E.A.D.Y. R — Respond: When God speaks, act. E — Endure: Don't quit in the middle. Matthew 24:9-15

L.O.A.D. Bible Study | Matthew 24:9–15 — Pressure Reveals AllegianceThe Kamber Commentary 28:20 What happens to our faith when following Jesus becomes costly? In Matthew 24:9–15, Jesus warns of persecution, betrayal, false prophets, and increasing lawlessness—and the danger of allowing our love to grow cold. In this verse-by-verse study, we examine Christ’s call to endure, why perseverance expresses genuine faith rather than purchases salvation, and His promise that the gospel of the kingdom will reach all nations. We also begin exploring the “abomination of desolation” and why Jesus directs His listeners to the prophet Daniel for understanding. These warnings call us to examine our own hearts: Is pressure strengthening our allegiance to Christ? Are we guarding against deception? And are we continuing to love people while standing firmly in truth? Don’t let the world’s rebellion dictate the temperature of your love. Matthew 24:1-7

Matthew 24:1–7: Unshaken in an Uncertain World What should believers do when the world seems to be coming apart? In this episode of The Kamber Commentary 28:20, we examine Matthew 24:1–7, where Jesus foretells the temple’s destruction and answers His disciples’ questions about His coming and the end of the age. His opening instructions establish our focus: guard against deception and refuse to be ruled by fear. False messiahs, wars, famines, and earthquakes call for discernment, but Jesus cautions that troubling events do not mean the end has arrived. Learn how His words help us recognize deception, remain steady amid uncertainty, and place our confidence in Him. Listen on YouTube (KamberCommentary channel), Spotify, Apple Podcasts (search “The Kamber Commentary 28:20”), and TrueFans. Visit kambercommentary.com for more. Thank you for joining me on The Kamber Commentary 28:20. Jesus knew that troubling news could shake His followers. That is why He warned us against deception and told us not to be alarmed. As you consider the events around you, let His Word guide your understanding and His faithfulness steady your heart. Remember to L.O.A.D. — Learn, Obey, Apply, Disciple. And stay R.E.A.D.Y.: Respond — When God speaks, act. Endure — Don’t quit in the middle. Arm — Put on the whole armor daily. Discern — Spot falsehood. Stand in truth. INSIGHT: Fall Seven Times, Rise Eight

INSIGHT | Fall Seven Times, Rise Eight! Proverbs 24:16 (ESV) What separates the righteous from the wicked? Is it that one never falls while the other does? Absolutely not! Scripture tells us that the righteous may fall seven times and rise again. The difference isn't the absence of hardship or failure, but the sustaining grace of God. In today's INSIGHT, Ernie Kamber explores Proverbs 24:16, Psalm 37:24, and Micah 7:8 to remind us that our falls don't have to define our future. Whether you're struggling with adversity, discouragement, or spiritual failure, remember: Your fall doesn't have to be your finish! Don't get comfortable falling, but don't get comfortable staying down either. SIDEBAR: Is Your Death Date Already On God's Calendar?

SIDEBAR: Is Your Death Date Already on God’s Calendar? God knows the exact moment you will die—but does that mean your choices cannot affect how long you live? Hebrews 9:27 says we are “appointed … to die once.” In this SIDEBAR, we examine what that passage teaches, how God’s foreknowledge relates to human responsibility, and why trusting His sovereignty should lead to wise living. From Scripture’s warnings about dying “before your time” to Hezekiah receiving fifteen additional years, we explore how prayer, obedience, and our decisions matter within God’s sovereign care. You cannot see God’s calendar, but you can follow His instructions for today. The question is more than “When will I die?” It is “How should I live with the time God has entrusted to me?” Continue your study with The Kamber Commentary 28:20 on YouTube (KamberCommentary channel), Spotify, Apple Podcasts (search “The Kamber Commentary 28:20”), TrueFans, and KamberCommentary.com.
