In Episode 1 of Take What You Need...Leave The Rest, we’re talking about mood-swing attitudes, emotional inconsistency, self-control, communication, and why being angry, stressed, frustrated, hormonal, or simply having a bad day does NOT give us the right to mistreat the people around us. We’ll also talk about the people on the receiving end, learning not to carry someone else’s negativity, knowing when to communicate and when to distance yourself, and what the Bible says about anger and self-control. IMPORTANT: This episode is NOT about medically diagnosed bipolar disorder, nor am I diagnosing anyone. “Bipolar” is used conversationally here to describe dramatic shifts in attitude and treatment toward others.
