    My Story - Why I Started Real Healing Journeys

    Before I bring anyone else into this space, I wanted to go first. In this opening episode, I share my own story - growing up under criticism I later understood as my mum's own unhealed pain, the years I spent as "the strong one" while quietly drowning, marriages to good people who were never the right fit, and the moment becoming a parent forced me to face the patterns I was about to pass on. This is the story of how I found my way back to myself and why I trained as a coach to walk alongside other women doing the same. Because I sure as hell wish I'd had someone like me ten years ago.
