    What if the uncomfortable place isn't something to escape- but an invitation to experience God, love, and even yourself diffferently? Today, up under the grapefruit tree, the rain is falling, my toes are in the dirt, and I'm thinking about what happens when we become willing to experience God- and ourselves- outside the ways we've been taught to expect. This is a conversation about embracing what makes us different, finding God in unexpeted places, becoming comfortable with discomfort, letting go of what we thought a moment was supposed to look like, and opening our eyes to the love and goodness already surrounding us, Keep our eyes open. Be willing to be loved in ways wedidn't see before.

    Make Your Life Your Classroom

    What if the things we're holding onto are taking up the very space needed for something new to grow? Up under the grapefruit tree. I'm reflecting on letting go, breaking old cycles, releasing the need to control, and learning to make my own life my classroom. Sometimes growth begins with the courage to look honestly at ourselves- not with judgement, but with love. We'll talk about self- awareness, trusting God through change, returning to truth when our thoughts carry us away, and embracing every part of ourselves while still giving permission to grow beyond what no longer serves us. There is no rush. There is no race. This is a journey!

    The Biggest Enemy Was Me

    What if the peson standing in the way of your happiness is you? Up under the grapefruit tree, I found myself thinking about my choices, my self- talk, and how easy it is to speak life and encourage others, yet when it comes to self I struggle to show the same tenderness. In this episode, we are talking about self- awareness, personal growth, faith, returning to truth instead of spiraling, taking ownership of our choices, and learning to become out own best friend. The biggest enemy may be me- but it doesn't have to stay that way.
