If we genuinely want to create a world where racism has less power, we have to be willing to educate ourselves, listen to experiences outside of our own, and understand the history behind the struggles of other cultures and communities. This episode challenges you to go deeper. Research other cultures. Learn about their history. Understand their oppression, their struggles, their resilience, and the systems that have affected them. You don’t have to experience something personally to care enough to learn about it. This isn’t about blaming one group of people or pretending we can change the world overnight. It’s about accountability, awareness, education, empathy, and being willing to have uncomfortable conversations.
