    Leading with trust: Lisa Holt on building a high-performance school culture

    By the time Lisa Holt took on her first principalship at Rosebud Secondary College in 2017, the school had lost much of its connection with the community. While the school was doing many things well, she knew there was work to be done. But through high standards and a major focus on trust, she helped turn the tables, culminating in her being awarded the Colin Simpson Outstanding Secondary Principal Award in the 2024 Victorian Education Excellence Awards.
