Whether you’re facing a river you don’t know how to cross, a failure you don’t know how to rise from, or a season you don’t know how to navigate, this podcast brings Scripture, story, and pastoral encouragement together to help you take the next step with faith. This is a place for second chances, renewed strength, and the steady reminder that God is for the Kingdom — and He is for you.

Stones of Remembrance — Homecoming at Beacon Heights Baptist Church

Key Truth - Remember what God has done. Recognize what God is doing.  Rejoice in what God will do. Homecoming at Beacon Heights isn’t just a reunion — it’s a return to the hill where God first confirmed a calling, shaped a ministry, and lit a beacon that still shines over Madison, Georgia. In this message, Chaplain Marc steps back into the sanctuary where he preached his first sermon, received his first ministry paycheck, and learned what it meant to be believed in before he believed in himself. Drawing from Joshua 3–4, he walks through the five “stones of remembrance” God gives His people: calling, testing, obedience, refining, and restoration. Just as Israel crossed the raging Jordan and set stones to remember God’s faithfulness, Beacon Heights has its own stones — seasons of unity, seasons of wilderness, seasons of healing, and seasons of God’s unmistakable leading. This episode is part testimony, part homecoming, part celebration of a church that has stood as a beacon on a hill for generations. It’s a reminder that God calls us while we’re still on the wrong side of the water, parts rivers at the worst possible time, refines us until He sees His reflection, and restores us so we can shine His light to a community that desperately needs hope. "This is Chaplain Marc. Stand firm, stay faithful, and keep moving forward. God restores what failure tries to destroy. Until next time - one more day, one percent better."
