The HyperCast

Christian HYPEMAN Sledge

The HyperCast is a podcast built around a simple idea: everyone has a story worth telling, and not everyone has the platform, equipment, or know-how to tell it well. So we built one. Each episode features the host, Christian HYPEMAN Sledge and different guests — small business owners promoting something new, creators and coaches sharing what they know, authors and speakers building their audience, or everyday people with a story that deserves to be heard. It's their show. We just provide the platform, ask the right questions, and make it sound great. Tune in for real conversations, real people, and stories you won't hear anywhere else. New episodes drop regularly — subscribe so you don't miss what's next.

The HyperCast Pilot: Real Stories, Real People

Send us Fan Mail Everyone has a story. The frustrating part is how many people never get the chance to tell it out loud, especially the ones doing the most meaningful work. I’m Christian “Hype Man Sledge” Sledge, and I built Hypercast Studios for the builders who are too busy building to also become podcast producers. If you’re a small business owner, creator, author, or someone leading a cause, your journey deserves more than a quick post and a few likes. The Hypercast is where everyday people finally get the mic. We sit down and talk through your business, your book, your project, or the life events that shaped your purpose. We keep it clean and real: no fluff, no filter, no filling. Because the world doesn’t need more content for content’s sake. It needs more real stories told well by the people actually living them. That is how we close the gap between quiet impact and public inspiration. You’ll also hear the deeper theme driving everything we do: extraordinary doesn’t require fame. It requires truth, the kind that connects what you’re building with what you’ve overcome and what you care about. If you’re listening, kick back and let these conversations motivate you and ground you, then ask yourself what story you’re ready to own. If you want to co-host or be a guest, reach out and I’ll handle the questions, the recording, and the editing. Subscribe for what’s next, share this with someone whose story needs a platform, and leave a review so more everyday voices can be heard. The HyperCast - The Decisions You Choose and the Ones That Choose You (Jump Anyway) - Dana Surwill, MPH

Send us Fan Mail One decision can reroute your entire life, especially when it feels like you did everything “right” and still got told no. I sit down with Dana Sirwill, a 23-year-old EMT in Las Vegas with a master’s in public health, to unpack how she kept moving after a late-stage Air Force ROTC medical disqualification and seven or eight rounds of rejection that would have made most people quit for good.  We go back to the beginning: Dana starting high school and college at 12, walking into a UNLV Spanish class full of adults, and learning to treat fear as “good scared” instead of a stop sign. From there, we get honest about identity and loss when a long-built plan collapses, and why she chose to stay and lead her people even after she was told her ROTC path was over. The throughline is community, mentorship, and the practical kind of resilience you can actually copy: ask for context, get support, and keep your purpose even if the original route closes.  Then we zoom out into public health, where Dana explains why prevention can protect entire communities, not just one patient at a time. She shares what she sees on 9-1-1 calls, why education and resources matter, and what her “mosquito project” is really about: Aedes aegypti in Las Vegas, outbreak risk from travel, and pesticide susceptibility testing to help reduce future disease threats like dengue, Zika, and yellow fever.  If this conversation hits home, subscribe, share it with someone who needs to hear “jump anyway,” and leave a review so more everyday people with extraordinary stories can find this show.
