    En nuestro segundo episodio, Ana María Ibáñez, viajó a Costa Rica para explorar el papel de la energía como motor de la productividad y el desarrollo en América Latina y el Caribe. A través del caso de la planta hidroeléctrica Ventanas-Garita, analizamos también junto a Marcelino Madrigal, Jefe de División de Energía, y Lenin Balza, Especialista de la misma división, las oportunidades de la región para fortalecer sus sistemas eléctricos, mejorar la calidad y la asequibilidad del servicio, reducir costos y avanzar hacia el acceso universal a una energía confiable.
