    The Chargers Have The Same Problem Mike McDaniel Had In Miami

    The Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Chargers are both 0-2, but Kyle Crabbs and Garret Greenlee believe the reasons for those slow starts go much deeper than the standings. On Second Down of 4th & Football, the guys first take a closer look at Indianapolis and ask what the Colts can realistically do to fix their problems with the roster they currently have. The Colts have allowed 37 points per game through the first two weeks and have surrendered more than 500 yards in each of their first two games. Kyle and Garret discuss the lack of high-end talent across the roster, the pressure surrounding Daniel Jones, the linebacking corps, the wide receiver situation and the long-term consequences of the franchise's recent decisions. They also discuss the Colts' ongoing quarterback situation after Anthony Richardson failed to develop as hoped, and whether Indianapolis is stuck in a cycle of remaining competitive enough to avoid a complete reset without having enough top-end talent to seriously contend.     The NFL's 0-2 Teams Are In VERY Different Situations

    Eight NFL teams are 0-2 after the first two weeks of the 2026 season, but Kyle Crabbs and Garret Greenlee don't believe every 0-2 team is facing the same level of urgency. On this episode of 4th & Football, the guys break down every winless team in the NFL and examine which situations are genuinely concerning, which teams still have a path forward, and which organizations may already be facing major questions. The AFC South has three 0-2 teams in the Colts, Texans and Titans, while the Dolphins, Chargers, Commanders, Falcons and Buccaneers are also searching for their first wins.     The 2026 NFL Draft class was labeled by many as a “meat and potatoes” group, but Kyle Crabbs and Garret Greenlee are already wondering if the linebacker class could turn out to be something much more significant. On Second Down of 4th & Football, the guys break down the early NFL impact of several 2026 Day 2 picks, starting with Tampa Bay linebacker Josiah Trotter. Trotter had an outstanding NFL debut against Cincinnati, finishing with 11 combined tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss and a 38-yard pick-six.
