Choose Your Line — Own what comes next.

In racing, choosing your line is about more than getting through the next turn. A driver reads the track as it changes and senses what the other drivers are doing before committing to a path, and the best line isn't always the most aggressive one. It's the one that leaves you in the strongest position for what comes right after. Work asks for that same kind of judgment, and not only in a crisis. A tense conversation with a senior leader can narrow your view just as fast as a stretch opportunity you weren't expecting, and both can make the situation feel more black-and-white than it is. Choose Your Line, hosted by Wendy Cary, looks at that space beneath the surface, where pressure and ambition are pulling on the same decision at once. Each episode is built around one real situation, like a hard conversation, an offer that looks better than it is, or a role that's grown bigger than the one you signed up for. Wendy walks through what's actually going on and what you can do about it. By the end, you've chosen your line, not just reacted to the moment. This isn't a show about staying calm. It's about ending up with more say in your own career.
