What started as the unmistakable feeling of being watched turned into an encounter with a teenage girl who appeared to me as Native American and seemed deeply connected to the land. In this episode, I share what she showed me, why I believe some spirits choose to remain connected to certain places, and why a ghost doesn’t always mean something dark, angry, or trapped.
