    The Freedom Within Your Body | Caitlin Clark

    As always we begin by playing music and letting this be the diving board for our conversation. The beauty in this episode is that we have played our music along with Caitlin dancing since March 2023.  And so, in this episode of Beyond Words we dive right into allowing the wisdom of our body to lead. Caitlin describes the freedom of her way of dancing with Pure Love music as the purest nature of herself.  It’s a beautifully embodied exploration of allowing what is real to lead and letting what is, we could say, conditioned responses, to fall away like old skins, to reveal and enjoy what is here for us. There are varying levels of superficiality to depths of presence in everything we do, encounter, play with in life.  So, as we have greater awareness, what happens naturally? Perhaps living in a state of known safety the reactive actions lessen and life becomes more joyful and tapped into the natural rhythm that is here for us to dance with. We hope you love this.
