We’re talking all things motherhood, fitness, and what it really looks like to keep growing into the woman you want to be. Hailey shares her journey of training for an Olympic-distance triathlon, learning to embrace being a beginner, and building the grit to keep showing up even when things get hard. We also dive into realistic postpartum fitness advice, including where to start when returning to exercise, why you don’t need to jump straight back into your old routine, and the importance of core and pelvic floor recovery. Getting back into fitness doesn't have to mean doing it all at once. Sometimes it starts with getting on the floor and moving alongside your baby. We also chat about Hailey’s motto, “Always Evolving,” and why women don't have to put themselves in a box. You can love being a mom and still chase big goals, try new things, and discover what you're capable of.
