When The Numbers Change, Do We? Episode-7

What happens when the numbers start changing? Do we change with them? In this episode of Write Here, Write Now, Peaches gets candid about social media, growing an audience, and the pressure to keep up in a world where likes, followers, and views can sometimes feel more important than authenticity. We're talking about creator culture, overconsumption, the pressure to buy more, and the difference between genuinely inspiring people and making them feel like they need the latest and greatest supplies just to be creative. As a stationery shop owner and content creator, I love beautiful things. But I also believe creativity shouldn't come with a price tag. I don't want you to leave my page thinking you need to buy something. I want you to leave thinking you can create something. So grab your journal, get comfortable, and let's talk about staying true to ourselves—even when the numbers change. Write Here, Write Now. 🍑

    Stop Stressing About Journaling Episode-6

When did journaling become so damn stressful? Somewhere along the way, a blank notebook stopped being enough. Now we think we need the perfect journal, the perfect paper, expensive pens, stickers, washi tape, beautiful handwriting, a color palette—and apparently every page needs to look like it belongs on social media. Nope. In this episode of Write Here, Write Now, I’m talking about the difference between what we want for journaling and what we actually need. I love my fountain pens. I have my preferences. But give me a Bic pen and a notebook and I will write here… write now… with anything. Your journal doesn't have to look like anybody else's. Scribble in it. Write three words or three pages. Cry in it. Make ugly pages. Make beautiful pages. Mess it up. Because the only way you can really ruin a journal is by being so worried about doing it “right” that you never use the damn thing. Grab whatever the hell you've got—and write. 📓✒️🎙️

    There Are No Rules Episode-5

Who decided there was a “right” way to journal? The right notebook. The right pens. The right markers. The stickers. The supplies. And apparently, we’re supposed to write every single day too? In this episode of Write Here, Write Now, I’m talking about the pressure we can put on ourselves to do a hobby that’s supposed to be enjoyable. The FOMO, buying another pen or notebook because this one will definitely change everything, the blank pages in dated journals, and that ridiculous feeling that somehow we’ve fallen “behind” in our own journal. Maybe you journal every day. Maybe once a week. Maybe you fill ten pages and don’t touch it again for a month. Sketch. Paint. Glue in a receipt. Cover the whole thing in stickers. Write three pages—or three words. Your journal is supposed to serve you. You’re not supposed to serve your journal. There are no rules. It’s your journal. You get to decide what belongs in it. 📓✒️

I Didn't Know Where This Was Going Episode-4

What happens when you open your journal, stare at the blank page, and think, “F**k. What am I doing? Where am I starting?” In this episode of Write Here, Write Now, I’m talking about one of my favorite parts of journaling: creating without knowing exactly where the page is going. With a few coordinating Tombow markers, my Vanishing Point, and a rough idea—or sometimes no real idea at all—I start making marks and let the page slowly come together. I look for images in colors and shapes the same way you might look for animals in the clouds. Sometimes a mark I hate changes the entire direction of the page. Sometimes a completely different vision appears halfway through. And that’s the part I love most. It isn’t necessarily the finished artwork. It’s watching something slowly become something. I don’t have to know where the page is going before I begin. Sometimes I don’t know what I’m creating until I’m already creating it. 🎨📓✒️

    The Entry 001- Legacy

What does it really mean to leave something behind? In this entry, I’m thinking about legacy—not fame, accomplishments, or whether the world remembers my name, but the little things we pass on without even realizing it. Holiday crafts. Crayons on the table. Gingerbread houses. Games. Traditions that my children, nieces, and nephews are still carrying with them as adults. Maybe legacy isn’t one big thing we leave behind. Maybe it’s a thousand little things somebody loved enough to keep doing. And maybe, without realizing it, I’m making the memories they’ll remember right now. 🖊️❤️

    I Don't Need Your Approval - Episode 3

What happens when you stop asking for permission to live your own life? In this episode of Write Here, Write Now, I’m talking about loyalty, peace, rejection, relationships, and what it means to be the black sheep. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about who—and what—actually adds value to my life, and what I’m no longer willing to sacrifice just to keep someone in it. We don’t have to agree on everything to love each other, support each other, or be friends. I don’t need people who always agree with me. I need people who still choose me when they don’t. I want you in my life. But I don’t need your approval to live mine. 🎙️

The Lines We Can't Erase -Episode 2

What can a fountain pen teach us about mistakes? More than you might think. In this episode of Write Here, Write Now, I talk about my love for my Vanishing Point fountain pen, why putting permanent ink on paper reminds me of drawing as a kid, and what I’ve learned from creating something I can’t erase. Sometimes the mistake becomes part of the story—and sometimes, you just make something of it.

    Why Stationery? - Episode 1

Why do we still love stationery in a world where we can do almost everything from our phones? Welcome to Write Here, Write Now, a cozy conversation about stationery, journaling, fountain pens, creativity, and the simple joy of putting pen to paper. In this first episode, Peaches asks a deceptively simple question: Why stationery? We have phones, tablets, apps, digital calendars, and instant messages. So why does a blank page, a good fountain pen, and a bottle of ink still make some of us ridiculously happy? Maybe it isn't really about stationery at all. Maybe it's about slowing down, creating something tangible, and giving our thoughts somewhere to live. Grab your favorite pen, meet me at the desk, settle in, and Write Here, Write Now. 🍑✒️
