Episode 2 | Between Seasons

In todays episode, I talk a little about ahimsa, in quite a specific context, since the philosophy and meaning can be applied to a lot. How has your internal voice been behaving? How is your heart feeling? Less compassion for yourself, means less compassion for others too.... The word Ahimsa (Sanskrit:ahiṃsā, Pāli: avihiṃsā) means 'not to injure' and 'compassion'. The word is derived from the Sanskrit root hiṃs – to strike; hiṃsā is injury or harm; a-hiṃsā is the opposite of this, i.e. cause no injury, do no harm. Ahimsa is also referred to as nonviolence, and it applies to all living beings—including all animals—in ancient Indian religions. Grab a blanket, a cup of tea and reflect on how things have been, save the blissful 'between seasons' sound meditation for a true moment of rest. PODCAST NEW SERIES | Second Spring

Well, it's felt like a lifetime since we were here and I wasn't sure if I was going to come back to the podcast. I've been finding the internet a little overwhelming and like I can't carve out space in it to actually make a difference or connect to my clients properly.
