    The one sentence that changed my life

    What if the thing keeping you small is not your strategy, but what you think other people are saying about you? In this episode I share the one sentence that changed my life and my business, and I have not told this story publicly before. Fourteen years ago I started out online in network marketing. Friends thought I had joined a cult. Other people messaged asking if my social media had been hacked. I went from posting rosé lunches on yachts as a chef to selling shakes and sharing my before and afters, and from the outside I looked confident. Underneath I was terrified of being judged. So I watered down my content, posted far less than I wanted to, and when people asked me in person what I did, I did not want to answer. A year of that went by. Then a mentor sat me down and said one sentence to me, and everything shifted from that moment. It is the sentence I still come back to 14 years later, and I share it with you in this episode.
