Who Really Is Jocasta? Her Backstory In VisionQuest Explained

Jocasta isn't your typical villain. She is born from the ashes of another woman, Josephine Carrinton, a woman whose coffin she stands over in episode 6 of VisionQuest. That is like visiting your own grave, meanwhile the world carries on using the work you leave behind. So while everyone is moving into the future, all you get is a hole 6 feet in the ground. This is a messed up situation but before things turn this way, this woman's story starts long before she became known as Jocasta. Also if we're talking comics, then what you hear is that she is Ultron's robot wife. But in the VisionQuest show through episode 6, Josephine gets a human history, she also gets a scientific ambition and a loss that makes the whole thing hurt. And now I wonder even after everything she went through, she did not think for a second before repeating that on another person. Going into her history, let's start with her father. Josephine loses her father to a degenerative brain disease, and according to her, this loss happens in stages. First he loses his mind, then his life. Most people get a clean and quick death in these superhero movies. In the case of Josephine’s father, that was different. His situation is one of prolonged helplessness. #visionquest Watch the full video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSi03a99zsc Read the write-up on SUBPLOT: https://subplot.tv/a/filmparadise/vSi03a99zsc Learn more about your ad choices. MobLand: Harry's Plan With Frankie's Son Revealed

Harry threatens Frankie with his son Michael, and that makes him get away with the trap that he has set against the Harrigans using Paul and his stripper girlfriend. But it did not end there because later on Harry calls Michael and tells him to get ready at 3 am in the morning. And then it became clear that Harry did not use Frankie’s son to get away, instead he had a grand plan against Frankie with his son. Yes, it will be quick to say that Harry is using him to take revenge on him, but when I think about it, and the theories that I have gathered so far, Harry wants Michael because of something that Frankie said before Harry held a gun to his head when they were playing the Russian roulette game. So Frankie said that Harry is wrong, not every father loves his son, and he, Frankie does not love Michael. I think that may have pissed Harry off, but does not mean Harry will take the boy hostage just as every cartel lord does. I think Harry’s real plan is to make Michael hate Frankie, but that’s not all. Harry’s plan with Michael is bigger than you may think, and in this video I’ll tell all the theories that I have so far. A lot of what we will talk about takes clues from MobLand season 2 episode 7, and I can see the horrible possibility with the theory. #moblandseason2 Watch the full video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=638jMsxHnWY Read the write-up on SUBPLOT: https://subplot.tv/a/filmparadise/638jMsxHnWY Learn more about your ad choices. Why Jocasta Wants To Cure Humanity In VisionQuest

So much for saving humanity right. And I don’t know if robotizing a human counts as saving humanity. Just look at Lisa right in episode 6 of VisionQuest, the getting a robot into them was not pretty at all, and certainly not cool at all. But that is Jocasta’s grand plan. I don’t know every villain in sci-fi, I don’t know if it is still right to be called sci-fi, because these things are pretty real, but then everyone thinks they know what’s best for humanity, that they want to improve humanity, and yet how they want to achieve this is often gross. Actually they don’t even seek any consent from the test subjects. And so Jocasta’s method, I don’t buy that at all. Now in episode 5 and 6 of VisionQuest, the Butcherbird mystery is taken to yet another level. All of those biological makers that were stolen from murdering scientists finally started making sense, and now we get the motive behind why Jo was harvesting them. And that is she finds out that the best way to build a better humanity is to connect them through nanobots, operating as a collective she can direct, think of it as a sort of a hive mind. So she wants total control of all humans. Because to her greed and chaos are defects that need to be removed. And unlike Ultron who in Age of Ultron wants to destroy all humanity and remake the world anew.
