EP 35 | Proximus Stock Analysis: Can a Cash Turnaround Send It Soaring?

Can a cash turnaround send Proximus shares higher? The Belgian telecom group has raised its cash outlook, but network spending, competition and financial obligations determine what reaches shareholders. Its next intended annual dividend also tells a different story from the trailing yield. Proximus research: AI Consensus | AI Opinions | Profile & Fundamentals. Research dated 31 October 2026, using the €6.21 close of 30 October for PROX on Euronext Brussels. Current weighted ratings are Strong Buy at both checkpoints, with a separate Strong Buy & Keep for Dividends action. The price targets retain their original September 2027 and September 2031 dates. Two different businesses: local mobile, broadband and business services sit alongside BICS, Telesign and Route Mobile. A recurring household connection and a digital-authentication message have different margins and investment needs. Earnings quality: Q3 underlying EBITDA fell 2.0% pro forma. Its company definition includes specified lease adjustments; accounting gains and lower financing costs do not establish a broad operating recovery. The Global turn: direct margin grew, but Global EBITDA still fell 8.1%. The higher full-year outlook needs durable customer economics and cost control. Debt and cash: Unifiber brought debt inside the group without an equal acquisition cash payment. Cash, revolving borrowing capacity, leases and net-debt definitions remain distinct. Investment and the cash bridge: booked capex differs from cash capex. Nine-month organic cash was €114 million versus €54 million reported cash; the episode also follows the separate H1 cash-balance reconciliation. Management's plan still has a 2027 investment peak before later spending eases. The dividend reset: trailing gross cash was €0.60, while the first intended annual payment is €0.30, subject to approval. The forward illustration uses one payment totaling €0.30 or five totaling €2.20; the final two €0.50 payments extend beyond the stated policy. Gross cash is added once, before tax and fees, without reinvestment, separate from the platform rating method. The investment debate: bull and bear mechanisms, ordinary drivers and frictions, both tail scenarios and the gap between a finished network and distributable cash. Cautious high-weight advisor views differ from faster recovery assumptions. What changed: July's known Unifiber plan, the later Flanders approval and Q2 results, September's research mix, and the fresh October guidance update. All twenty numerical quarterly steps are positive; slower spring gains are not negative modeled dips. Customer pricing, Global margin, cash spending, financing and actual dividend approvals provide the tests. Primary research conducted through the iPulse AI platform by Future Edge Group. EP 34 | Comcast Stock Analysis: Can a Breakup Unlock Big Gains?

Comcast stock analysis: can a breakup unlock big gains? A low earnings multiple and a planned separation make CMCSA intriguing. The harder question is whether wireless monetization, broadband retention and entertainment earnings can support two affordable financial structures. Comcast research: Comcast AI Consensus | AI Opinions | Profile & Fundamentals. Research dated 30 October 2026. The price illustration uses a US$23.02 Alpaca IEX regular-session trade at 13:35:19 New York EDT. The displayed price is rounded to the nearest cent; calculations retain the unrounded input. The separate weighted Strong Buy ratings at both horizons retain the 29 October US$22.27 closing basis and the platform's net-dividend-reinvestment method. The business: Xfinity, Comcast Business and Sky connect households and companies, while NBCUniversal, Peacock, Universal films and parks earn content and visitor revenue. Recurring subscriptions, live sports and park admissions have different cost structures. Earnings quality: Q3 revenue fell 6.1% reported but rose 0.5% pro forma. Reported adjusted EPS fell 4%; the separate pro forma comparison rose 7%. A smaller share count helps historical EPS. The large Hulu gain belonged to 2025, with most sale cash received in 2023. Household economics: broadband lost 144,000 customers while wireless added 368,000 lines. Management's 70% paid-conversion figure concerns eligible free lines. ARPA and broadband ARPU were still declining year over year. Line growth must create paid revenue and retention benefits after operating costs. Connectivity supplied US$7.59 billion of US$9.11 billion group adjusted EBITDA, an operating-earnings measure distinct from stand-alone free cash flow. Entertainment: Peacock delivered a second positive adjusted EBITDA quarter, with 48 million subscribers flat from Q2. World Cup advertising and rights schedules complicate comparisons. Weaker admissions revenue and substantial operating costs weighed on parks. Debt and cash: management's US$76.60 billion net debt and 2.3-times leverage exclude Beijing and use a matched EBITDA denominator. Inclusive debt less cash is US$79.77 billion. Q3 free cash flow was US$4.21 billion after physical and intangible investment. Debt, dividends and other financing flows explain why cash can fall despite positive free cash flow. Valuation and scenarios: fixed Q3 2027 and Q3 2031 quoted-price references imply 9.70% and 69.55% cumulative price change from US$23.02. Flat conditional future dividend cash of US$0.99 and US$6.27 gives 14.00% and 96.78% gross cash-plus-ticker change, before tax and fees without reinvestment. Only the upcoming January payment is declared. Distributed media securities are unvalued and excluded, so these are not complete returns across all securities. The separation test: Versant completed in January 2026; the different NBCUniversal/Sky proposal remains conditional for mid-2027. Sky spans segments: Sports in Media; broadband, mobile and pay-TV in connectivity. Buybacks have been paused since July. The model contains a Q3 2027 dip; future repurchases, dividends and competitive improvements remain assumptions. Debt allocation and resilient cash after investment decide whether clearer valuations create a better outcome. October's results update both the July and September research: a second Peacock positive quarter, slower wireless additions, broadband losses, weak parks and an expected transformation charge. A charge is neither the same immediate cash payment nor achieved savings. The bull case requires stronger household economics and sensible financing; the bear case is that competition erodes cash faster than the offsets develop. Distribution-aware reports separate retained ticker value from media shares; other contributions favor whole-group re-rating, challenged by debt allocation and deteriorating cash. EP 33 | BNP Paribas Stock Analysis: Will Record Profits Send It Soaring?

BNP Paribas has record profits. Can shareholders capture the value? This episode examines the bank's third-quarter results, its discount to tangible book and the capital, credit and legal risks that can absorb earnings before they reach investors. AI Consensus · AI Opinions · Profile & Fundamentals Research dated 28 October 2026. BNP.PAR ordinary shares in EUR. The current public weighted Consensus labels are Strong Buy at both horizons, based on the 27 October €86.96 close. The conversation's valuation and return illustrations use the separately dated €86.81 Euronext Paris trade at 14:46 CET on 28 October and retain the original September 2027 and 2031 endpoints. Inside the conversation How commercial banking, institutional markets, insurance, wealth and asset management earn money, and why their results can diverge. Cleaner third-quarter profit growth versus the exceptional disposal gains that lifted nine-month headline earnings. Positive operating jaws, deposit competition and credit provisions. The below-40-basis-point cost-of-risk objective is a management credit-cost measure, rather than a solvency boundary. Arval and Leasing Solutions' combined profit decline, the different Arval-only measure of organic lease and service growth, and vehicle resale pressure alongside expenses and provisions. CET1 capital, liquidity and the actual first-half cash bridge: customer flows are operating; distributions and capital transactions are financing. Test capital generation, payouts, risk-weighted assets, acquisitions and regulatory headroom together. AXA Investment Managers integration costs, client portfolios and the timing of fee benefits. Historical earnings and tangible-book valuation, fixed weighted price forecasts, a genuine spring dip, semiannual dividends and the dates behind future cash assumptions. Bull and bear mechanisms, ordinary drivers and frictions, upside and downside tails, and the assumptions dividing correlated AI research perspectives. The 5 July research baseline before the 23 July results, the interim dividend still unpaid at the 20 September research cutoff and paid on 28 September, today's new results, and tests that could overturn the thesis. As of 28 October 2026, the above-13% CET1 objective for 31 December remains a future target. A small post-payout ratio decline alone does not establish an unsafe distribution. The buyback will start on 2 November, the BNL deep dive will take place on 18 November 2026, and FY2026 results with the 2030 plan will be released on 2 February 2027 under the announced calendar. Those outcomes remain unknown. Legal developments matter according to their size, final outcome and earnings or capital effect. First-half financing payments of €4,276 million comprised €2,895 million in shareholder transactions and €1,381 million in other financing transactions. Those payments, plus investing outflows, exceeded operating inflows and currency effects, reducing cash by €846 million. Customer loan and deposit movements belong to operating cash flow. The flat seasonal dividend illustration assumes future May payments of €2.57 and late-September payments of €3.23. One May payment fits before the fixed September 2027 endpoint and five May plus four late-September payments fit before September 2031: €2.57 and €25.77 respectively. The already-paid September 2026 interim is excluded. Future cash is assumed rather than declared, gross before tax and fees, without reinvestment. EP 32 | AXA Stock Analysis: Is This Dividend Giant Ready to Soar?

AXA stock analysis: can its dividend engine keep compounding when total profit grows more slowly than earnings per share? We examine the French insurer's claims, invested premiums, capital and cash returns, separating the headline yield from what the business can actually distribute. Research checked 27 October 2026. The current public weighted AI Consensus is Strong Buy at the first fixed horizon and Buy at the later one, using the 26 October close. The return illustration separately uses the dated 27 October Euronext reference and keeps the original September 2027 and September 2031 endpoints. AXA research AI Consensus AI Opinions Profile & Fundamentals In this conversation AXA's motor, home, life, health and commercial insurance businesses; the role of AXA XL and the completed AXA IM sale. Why share repurchases can increase EPS faster than total profit, and what makes repurchases useful rather than merely flattering. The combined ratio: stable aggregate underwriting can hide improving retail and weaker commercial lines. Claims discounting changes a reported figure without repairing a crashed car. Solvency II, invested insurance assets and capital retention. Low physical capex does not make policyholders' money freely distributable. The difference between consolidated cash flow and cash reaching the parent, plus the strategy's cumulative remittance and future AI-value targets. Valuation using recurring underlying earnings rather than disposal gains; dated weighted price targets and a separate flat-dividend cash illustration. Bull and bear mechanisms, ordinary frictions, a distinct favorable capital surprise and a catastrophe-plus-credit downside tail. EP 31 | Adyen Stock Analysis: Will It Make Investors Rich?

Adyen stock analysis: will its global payments platform make investors rich? Growing payment volume is only the beginning. The question is what lasting cash reaches shareholders after pricing pressure, investment and merchant settlement obligations. Adyen connects online and in-store payments, authorization, risk tools, acquiring and settlement for merchants and software platforms. The current public evidence-weighted consensus is Buy at both dated research horizons. This conversation examines the business, its valuation and the conditions that could change that view. Valuation and scenarios: count each half-year once before accepting a low earnings multiple. EP 30 | Palantir Stock Analysis: Is It About to Crash?

Palantir: Is It About to Crash? Can a company nearly double revenue and produce real operating profits while its share price still asks for too much? Episode 30 follows the business-versus-price tension through cash flow, scenarios and the evidence that could change the view. Primary research conducted through the iPulse AI platform by Future Edge Group. Explore Palantir: AI Consensus · AI Opinions · Profile & Fundamentals. As of October 25, 2026: current public weighted Consensus is SELL ALL at one year and PARTIAL SELL at five years; the separate immediate classification is Strong Sell. In this episode The operating business: Foundry, AIP, Gotham and Apollo connect data, AI and decisions. Q2 revenue grew 93%, with U.S. commercial growth of 149%. Four financial checks: operating-profit history; 47% GAAP versus 62% adjusted margins; strong liquidity with continuing obligations; and low physical capex alongside people, cloud and compensation spending. Follow the cash: H1 operating cash flow of US$2,115,332,000 less US$21,955,000 of equipment purchases gives US$2,093,377,000 of simple free cash flow. Company-adjusted FCF has additional adjustments. The valuation: at the US$196.74 IEX reference and a dated July share count, approximate equity value is US$472.78 billion, or 57.98 times management’s FY2026 revenue-guidance midpoint. The guidance-based adjusted cash yield is 0.97%, rather than a dividend yield. Fixed scenarios: weighted base endpoints are US$152.33 in Q3 2027 (−22.57%) and US$188.99 in Q3 2031 (−3.94%) from US$196.74. The separately averaged bull and bear cases use a different aggregation. Drivers and risks: workflow integration and commercial/defense adoption face competition, budget scrutiny and dilution. Both the upside platform tail and the downside repricing/trust tail remain conditional. The research debate: compare July with September, correlated AI perspectives, and the difference between business growth and a return from the price paid. Watch the path and the actual news: the weighted numerical trough is Q4 2027, with the first increase in Q1 2028. Actual Q3 results are confirmed for November 2 after U.S. market close, webcast 5 p.m. Eastern. Customer expansion, GAAP margins, cash conversion and per-share growth are the tests. Research note: the September 21 released forecast retains its original fixed dates. All illustrated returns use unrounded endpoints and the separate October 23 US$196.74 IEX trade at 15:59:59 New York EDT, with no new dividend cash assumed. Public labels use the US$196.75 close basis and displayed rounded targets; their displayed percentages can differ. EP 29 | Micron Stock Analysis: Is the AI Memory Boom Priced In?

Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU) is earning extraordinary profits from AI memory. How much of that boom is already priced in? This AI Investment Edge conversation connects HBM, DRAM and NAND memory economics with pricing, investment and through-cycle cash returns. Primary research conducted through the iPulse AI platform by Future Edge Group. Research as of October 24, 2026. The episode combines newer company financials with the dated September forecast discussion. Micron research Micron AI Consensus — asset home Micron AI Opinions — individual research views Micron Profile & Fundamentals The investment debate The business and earnings engine: Micron supplies computing components rather than cloud services. Memory pricing has risen much faster than shipment volumes, putting the durability of pricing power at the center of the investment case. Four financial dimensions: the surge in revenue and earnings; pricing, mix and margins; liquidity and leverage; and the cash required for factories, equipment and technology. In the latest quarter, HBM’s lower gross margin relative to conventional DRAM meant that more HBM sales diluted Cloud Memory’s blended margin. The wafer-capacity tradeoff affects industry supply through a separate mechanism. Total planned capital expenditure includes construction and equipment; the construction emphasis concerns the increase versus prior plans. One useful cash bridge: operating cash after gross capital spending, then company-defined adjusted free cash flow. Customer security deposits are classified as financing cash. Micron normally returns them when minimum customer purchases are met; customer failure may permit retention. These contract liabilities are already outside operating cash and adjusted free cash flow. Valuation and forecasts: the price investors pay, the dated return illustration and the limits of extrapolating peak-cycle earnings. The current iPulse AI Consensus view is BUY at one year and NEUTRAL at five years, with an immediate combined stance of NO ACTION — KEEP MONITORING. The episode distinguishes those current labels from its separate after-hours return illustration. Bull, bear and tail cases: customer qualification, co-design, agreements and constrained capacity versus price resistance, customer spending digestion and new supply. A sharper HBM slowdown could redirect capacity into conventional DRAM. An uneven quarterly path: why similar longer-horizon endpoints can hide a strong interim rise, a modeled downturn and recovery. Scenario checkpoints differ from actual factory plans and corporate dates. What changed: July’s possible-glut thesis becomes September’s more specific contest between contractual resilience and a delayed supply wave. Amazon offers a related capital-allocation question in a different business; NVIDIA and Apple add perspectives on AI investment and valuation. AI advisor disagreement: optimistic views emphasize co-design and contracts; skeptical views emphasize capacity expansion and through-cycle cash returns. These iPulse AI research perspectives may share models and evidence, so agreement is not an assigned probability. What to watch: contract pricing, actual customer purchases, capacity qualifications, inventory and cash returns as investment grows. These observations help test both the optimistic and skeptical cases. The current rating view uses the October 23 market-close basis shown at about US$878. The separate return illustration uses US$880.19, an October 23 IEX after-hours trade at about 4:56 p.m. New York EDT. The fixed model endpoints remain Q3 2027 and Q3 2031. The dividend discussion separates the latest declaration from assumed later payments and excludes the October 29 payment for a new buyer after its record date. Amazon: Bigger Cloud Profits. A Bigger Cash Test. | EP028

Amazon is producing more operating profit while its latest company-defined trailing free cash flow is negative. Can the expensive cloud buildout turn strong demand into spendable cash? This continuous two-presenter discussion examines operating performance, investment returns, dated price scenarios and the evidence that would change the thesis. Explore the asset research * AI Consensus * AI Opinions * Profile & Fundamentals Amazon’s operating engine and its cash commitments Amazon serves shoppers through online stores and Prime, merchants through marketplace services, fulfillment and advertising, and enterprises through Amazon Web Services (AWS), which supplies computing, storage, databases and AI infrastructure. Its reported operating segments are North America, International and AWS. Advertising is a revenue category, not a separately disclosed operating-profit segment. * Earnings and financial trend: Q2 2026 sales were US$200.61bn, versus US$167.70bn a year earlier, and operating income was US$27.46bn, versus US$19.17bn. Net income of US$62.65bn includes substantial non-operating investment gains. The investment question requires operating and cash performance, rather than treating headline net earnings as recurring cash. * Profitability and margins: AWS produced US$16.62bn operating income on US$42.23bn sales: a derived 39.36% operating margin. Consolidated margin was 13.69%. A US$551m unrealized energy-contract gain reduced Technology and infrastructure expenses, primarily benefiting AWS. The reported margin is not a purely recurring cash margin; depreciation, pricing and mix still matter. * Balance sheet and leverage: At June 30, cash of US$78.21bn and marketable securities of US$44.78bn totaled US$122.99bn. Long-term debt was US$128.89bn, compared with US$65.65bn at December 31, with a further US$3.33bn current portion. Lease liabilities had a present value of US$109.77bn, comprising US$15.43bn current and US$94.34bn long-term. Liquidity is substantial, with debt and other commitments attached. * Investment intensity: Cash investment grew faster than operating cash flow. The purchases support technology infrastructure, mostly AWS growth, and fulfillment capacity. The reviewed filing does not supply a maintenance-only split; neither all-AI spending nor assured investment payback is established. Q2 other income (expense), net was US$53.42bn before tax, including approximately US$50.5bn of upward Anthropic preferred-stock valuation adjustments. Total non-operating income, including net interest, was US$53.40bn. These gains are separate from AWS sales and operating profit, and they are not cash collected. Subtracting a pre-tax gain directly from after-tax net income would not produce a valid adjusted profit measure. The company-defined cash bridge For the trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2026: US$161.40bn operating cash flow − (US$173.03bn gross property-and-equipment purchases − US$4.02bn proceeds and incentives) = −US$7.60bn free cash flow. Net property-and-equipment purchases were US$169.01bn. A year earlier, operating cash flow was US$121.14bn, net purchases were US$102.95bn and free cash flow was positive US$18.18bn. Company-defined FCF excludes acquisitions and other investing flows and differs from the broader −US$11.62bn research-packet measure; the definitions must not be combined. The sourced historical comparison uses consolidated, completed calendar-year operating cash flow: 2021 US$46.33bn; 2022 US$46.75bn; 2023 US$84.95bn; 2024 US$115.88bn; 2025 US$139.51bn. The June 2026 trailing period is separate from an actual completed FY2026. Current reference, dated model scenarios and dividends The reference is US$250.39, an Alpaca IEX trade on October 22, 2026 at 15:59:56 New York EDT (19:59:56 UTC). This is a dated trade, not a certified consolidated closing price or a live October 23 quote. The exact ordinary listing is AMZN.NASDAQ/USD, ISIN US0231351067. The September research’s original non-adjusted labels were NEUTRAL for 1Y and BUY for 5Y, on its original US$253.71 September 18, 2026 basis. They are not a fresh rescore at US$250.39. The base path below is the synthesizer’s evidence-weighted quarterly price path, rather than a different averaged-return series. Scenario basis and return calculation The original fixed endpoint dates remain September 18, 2027 and September 18, 2031, displayed by their actual calendar quarter in the table. The remaining time from the October reference is shorter than a new rolling one or five years. Return = (endpoint price − US$250.39) / US$250.39 × 100. Returns are cumulative price changes, not annualized returns or achieved performance. Fixed base endpoints: cumulative price returns from US$250.39, gross before tax/fees, no reinvestment or dividend uplift. * Dated IEX reference — October 22, 2026: US$250.39 per share; cumulative price return 0%; dividend cash not applicable. * Original 1Y endpoint — Q3 2027: US$278.98 per share; cumulative price return 11.42%; assumed future ordinary dividend cash US$0 per share. * Original 5Y endpoint — Q3 2031: US$446.32 per share; cumulative price return 78.25%; assumed future ordinary dividend cash US$0 per share. Amazon’s official investor FAQ says it has never declared or paid cash dividends on its common stock. These scenarios assume US$0 future ordinary dividend cash at both horizons, so no dividend uplift is added. A future board decision could change that assumption; fees and taxes are excluded. * Qualitative bull case: billable AWS consumption, advertising and logistics efficiency outgrow capital requirements, improving cash conversion and supporting investment returns. * Qualitative bear case: demand or pricing disappoints while power, equipment replacement, depreciation and financing remain costly. The full quarterly path and the next confirmed event Every row below is a dated model scenario checkpoint, not an official company event or promised operational milestone. The second-quarter 2028 cash-conversion turn is a research hypothesis, not a guaranteed deadline. The original model dates are fixed and are not moved to quarter-end. Original-anchor and current-reference returns have different bases and are labeled separately. Evidence-weighted base path: fixed model dates, USD per share; cumulative price returns, no dividends. * Step 1 — Q4 2026: endpoint US$259.57 per share; modeled step price change 2.31%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 2.31%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 3.67%. * Step 2 — Q1 2027: endpoint US$262.66 per share; modeled step price change 1.19%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 3.53%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 4.90%. * Step 3 — Q2 2027: endpoint US$271.73 per share; modeled step price change 3.45%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 7.10%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 8.52%. * Step 4 — Q3 2027: endpoint US$278.98 per share; modeled step price change 2.67%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 9.96%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 11.42%. * Step 5 — Q4 2027: endpoint US$291.49 per share; modeled step price change 4.48%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 14.89%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 16.41%. * Step 6 — Q1 2028: endpoint US$298.00 per share; modeled step price change 2.24%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 17.46%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 19.02%. * Step 7 — Q2 2028: endpoint US$310.79 per share; modeled step price change 4.29%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 22.50%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 24.12%. * Step 8 — Q3 2028: endpoint US$316.04 per share; modeled step price change 1.69%; cumulative price return from original US$253.71 anchor 24.57%; cumulative price return from US$250.39 reference 26.22%. * Step 9 — Q4 2028: endpoint US$330.98 per share; modeled step price change 4.73%; cumulative price return from original… This is a public episode.
