Witchcraft And Not Your Good Girl Manifesting

Gratitude lists. Forced positivity. “Raise your vibration.” Trust the universe. Think positive thoughts. It can all sound lovely. But sometimes “good girl” manifesting is just another way of telling women to be quiet, be grateful, suppress the uncomfortable stuff and stop wanting anything that might make other people uncomfortable. No thank you. In this episode, I’m talking about witchcraft, manifesting and spellwork in the way I actually practise them: as tools for self-trust, reclamation, intuition and creating a life that feels alive — not another set of rules you have to follow perfectly. For me, witchcraft is both practical and political. It’s a relationship with nature, cycles, ritual and the unseen. It’s reclaiming parts of ourselves that have been labelled strange, dangerous, irrational or “too much”. And it’s the radical act of being a woman who trusts herself. We talk about the stigma around witches, why fear and taboo have become so tangled up with witchcraft, and how protection and boundaries can be part of an ethical magical practice. And yes, we talk about hexing. Not because I think being a witch means going around hexing everyone who pisses you off , but because I find the conversation around it fascinating — particularly the idea that women should always be the ones who absorb harm, forgive, send love and rise above it. Sometimes protection is the magic. Then we get practical about manifesting that actually works for me. I explain why I don't simply copy spells from spell books, why scepticism is a strength rather than the enemy of spirituality, and why I think creating your own ritual can be far more powerful than blindly following someone else's instructions. Because the magic isn't necessarily in getting the words “right”. The ritual creates a container. A place to slow down, focus, feel, process, integrate, connect with your intuition and get radically honest about what you actually want. And when you change, your choices change. Your behaviour changes. Your attention changes. Your willingness to take action changes. Your relationship with your own desire changes. That’s where I think the mystical and the practical meet. We also get into tarot and astrology — not as ways to outsource your power or have someone else tell you what your life means, but as tools for accessing intuition, reflection, symbolism and a deeper relationship with yourself. And I'll give you some simple ritual ideas you can actually try, whether you've got 20 seconds or two hours and whether you're a seasoned witch or simply curious about practical spirituality. Because you don't need to become someone else's idea of a witch. And you definitely don't need to become a better little manifesting machine. You can make your own magic. If this episode lands, share it with a woman who's done being “good” and please leave a five-star review. It genuinely helps more people find the podcast. Want deeper support? Delicious Trouble, Conscious Kink And The Taboo As Medicine

Your desires are not a morality test. In this episode, we’re getting into delicious trouble — the kind of rulebreaking that actually nourishes you — and pulling apart the shame that keeps so many women stuck performing the good-girl role for a world that never actually planned to satisfy them. Because what if some of the things you’ve been taught to feel ashamed of are actually invitations to know yourself more deeply? We start with conscious kink — not as an aesthetic or a performance, but as a consent-led, self-aware exploration of desire, sensation, boundaries and trust. We talk about why kink can get a bad name when people use it to disguise abuse, and why a healthy dom/sub dynamic isn't simply about control. It requires communication, consent, empathy, attunement and a genuine understanding of the person you’re playing with. We also explore how reclaiming taboo language, exploring sensation and creating a shame-free container can help you reconnect with your body, strengthen your confidence and develop more sexual self-trust — including far beyond the bedroom. Then we go wider. We talk about bisexuality, biphobia and coming out, including the loneliness that can come with questioning or claiming an identity that doesn’t fit neatly into the boxes we’ve been handed. We explore monogamy, polyamory and “monogamous-ish” relationships without turning any particular relationship structure into the One True Way™. Because there’s a difference between choosing what genuinely aligns with you and following a relationship script simply because you were told that’s what good women do. And then we get into something I think is f*****g fascinating: The difference between fantasy and values. Your fantasy does not automatically tell you what you want to enact in real life. And your desires do not give anyone permission to harm you — or anyone else. We unpack that distinction, including the way the manosphere can weaponise women’s sexuality and desires to justify misogyny, coercion and harmful ideas about relationships and consent. Because sexual liberation isn't about doing everything. It's about having the freedom, self-awareness and self-trust to know what you actually want. This is an episode about sexual liberation, taboo, desire, conscious kink, shame, identity, consent and rulebreaking — but underneath all of it is a much bigger question: What becomes possible when you stop treating your desires as evidence against you? Maybe the taboo isn't something you need to run away from. Maybe sometimes it has something to teach you. Maybe the taboo can be medicine. If this episode gives you a new perspective, share it with a woman who needs the permission slip — and please leave a five-star review. It genuinely helps more women find the podcast. Creating A Life Of Deep Satisfaction

You can do everything “right” and still feel quietly f*****g starving. You can tick the boxes. Have the career. The relationship. The family. The house. The achievements. Be grateful. Be sensible. Be a “good” woman. And still feel flat, restless, disconnected or like there’s something missing. That’s the tension we’re unpacking in this episode: why a life that looks successful from the outside can still feel deeply unsatisfying on the inside — and what it actually takes to create a life of deep satisfaction. Because I’m not interested in helping you build a life that looks good on paper. I want you to feel f*****g good living it. We talk about life force energy as a real-world compass — that feeling in your body when something expands you, lights you up and brings you more alive, versus the things that drain, contract or disconnect you. I share why chasing constant happiness is a losing game, and why contentment, fulfilment and satiation are very different from being happy all the time. Because life is going to throw lemons. Sometimes they’re small lemons. Sometimes they’re f*****g enormous lemons. And learning how to tolerate discomfort, feel what you actually feel and stay connected to yourself through difficult seasons is part of creating a deeply satisfying life. That doesn’t mean romanticising suffering, bypassing reality or pretending systemic problems can be solved with a positive mindset. It means developing the self-trust, resilience and support to meet life as it actually is. We get into soul hunger and the ways we reach for quick fixes when we can’t tolerate an ache inside us — distraction, overworking, overconsumption, people-pleasing, numbing, chasing the next thing. And while those things might give us temporary relief, they rarely give us the deep nourishment we’re actually hungry for. So what do we do instead? We follow curiosity. We listen to our bodies. We pay attention to our intuition and desires. We build support networks and learn how to give ourselves emotional first aid when support isn’t immediately available. We take the next step without needing to have the entire f*****g map. And we bring the mystical and the practical together. Because practical spirituality doesn’t mean abandoning logic or pretending everything happens for a reason. It means making room for the parts of being human that don’t fit neatly into an A-to-Z self-improvement plan: intuition, ritual, symbolism, curiosity, mystery and the things we simply know. In this episode, we explore how ritual can become a way of coming home to yourself, processing what life brings you and reconnecting with the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to hide, suppress or ignore. Because productivity isn't going to feed your soul. And neither is ticking every box on someone else's version of a successful life. You are allowed to create a life that doesn’t just work. You are allowed to create one that satisfies you. If this episode resonates, share it with a woman who needs the reminder — and please leave a five-star review. Cultivating Incredible Relationships

What if an incredible relationship wasn’t some impossible standard you had to work really f*****g hard to achieve — but simply the baseline you expected to live in? Love should not feel like a constant exam you’re trying to pass. You shouldn’t have to spend your life guessing where you stand, chasing connection, overthinking every interaction or quietly starving while telling yourself you’re “fine”. In this episode, we’re setting a higher standard for incredible relationships — relationships that feel satisfying, steady, nourishing and genuinely good to be in. I break down a deceptively simple framework for cultivating healthy, fulfilling relationships: effort and effortlessness. Because yes, relationships require effort. Showing up. Following through. Having difficult conversations. Sometimes choosing connection over convenience. But there’s also an effortlessness that comes from genuine desire. When someone actually wants to be there. When care doesn’t have to be dragged out of them through guilt, anxiety, people-pleasing or repeated requests. When loving someone feels good rather than like another item on your f*****g to-do list. We also get into overgiving — and why it isn’t necessarily the noble, loving thing we’ve been taught it is. Overgiving can leave you depleted and resentful, but it can also distort the relationship by taking away the opportunity for the other person to step up, contribute and meet you. Then there are boundaries, emotional labour and reciprocity. Because “protecting my peace” can be a useful boundary — but it can also become a convenient excuse to avoid the discomfort that comes with intimacy, accountability and being in an actual relationship with another human being. And reciprocity does NOT mean 50/50. It’s not keeping score. It’s not making a spreadsheet of who did the dishes or who texted first. It’s about a shared investment in the relationship, where both people are contributing, both people feel cared for, and when something feels off, there’s enough safety and goodwill to actually talk about it. We get into consistency vs constancy, being realistic about capacity, choosing selectivity over burnout, and why you don’t need to be everyone’s emotional support department. And you’ll get a practical activation to help you look at your own relationships differently: Who feels effortless to love? Who makes you feel loved? Where are you overextending yourself? And where do you actually want to be a villager? Because your energy is precious. And I’d much rather see you pouring it into relationships that genuinely sustain you than exhausting yourself trying to keep connections alive that leave you hungry. If you want deep intimacy, healthy relationships, more satisfaction and less f*****g relationship guesswork, this one is for you. If you enjoy the episode, share it with a woman who needs to hear it — and please leave a five-star review. It genuinely helps more women find the podcast. Want deeper support? Refusing To Settle For Mediocre And Building A Satiated Life

Mediocre has a particular flavour when you’re a woman who knows she’s meant for more: nothing is “technically” wrong, but your body feels flat, dry, and underfed. I’m naming that experience without sugar-coating it, because being told to “just be grateful” is one of the fastest ways to lose touch with your desire, your life force, and your standards. When we accept the low bar in relationships, career, friendships, and sex, we don’t just lose pleasure, we lose aliveness. What if your life looks “fine” on paper, but something in you knows you’re not actually satisfied? You’re functioning. You’re grateful. Nothing is terribly wrong. And yet… you feel flat, underfed, restless or quietly f*****g furious. That’s the particular flavour of mediocre I’m talking about in this episode. We get into radical honesty as the starting point: where do you feel hungry, where do you feel content, and where do you experience real overflow? I share my framework of soul metabolism, the idea that different people require different levels of intimacy, excitement, self-expression, rest, and connection to feel genuinely satisfied. If you’ve ever been told you’re unrealistic or “too much”, this will help you rebuild self-trust and stop measuring your needs against someone else’s comfort. Then we move into the missing language that changes everything: sacred settling. Sometimes you can’t overhaul your life overnight because of money, parenting, capacity, safety, or sheer logistics. Sacred settling is choosing strategically and consciously without shaming yourself, while you make a plan. I also break down conscious choosing, unconscious choosing, and situational choosing so you can see what’s really happening beneath “why did I stay?” I close with an activation you can use straight away: notice what nourishes you, what drains you, and make small micro changes that move you towards fulfilment and satiation.  Because women are so often taught to lower the bar, call it gratitude and convince themselves they should be happy with what they’ve got. We can end up settling for mediocre relationships, mediocre sex, mediocre work, mediocre friendships — even mediocre versions of ourselves. And I’m not here for it. In this episode, we get into radical honesty as the starting point for creating a deeply fulfilling, satiated life. If this episode speaks to you, share it with another woman who needs the reminder — and if you’re enjoying the podcast, I’d bloody love a five-star review. It genuinely helps more women find it. Your Darkness Is Your Edge

What if the parts of yourself you've been taught to call your “darkness” are actually your edge? The desires that feel too big. The truths that feel too loud. The fantasies you’ve been taught to hide. The parts of you that might get you judged. What if they aren't problems to fix — but information, power and f*****g good reasons to know yourself more deeply? In this episode, we get into shame, inner patriarchy, desire, satiation, rejection, boundaries and what happens when you stop trying to make yourself more palatable for other people. I talk about what I call friction alchemy — staying anchored to yourself when someone else doesn't like your choices — and how integrating the parts of yourself you've been taught to reject can become a source of enormous self-trust. We get into the “inner coven”, the inner warrior, fawning, rejection sensitivity and the cost of continually abandoning yourself in order to be loved. Because being deeply satiated isn't about finally becoming perfect. It's about becoming deeply f*****g you. If this episode lands, subscribe to THE RULEBREAKER COVEN, leave a five-star review and share it with a woman who is done shrinking herself to fit.
