Better.

Daria R G

This podcast is dedicated to anyone who has ever wished from the depths of their soul to get better. As a teen who had severe mental health issues for years, “better” will always be a part of how I describe myself. Being mentally better used to be all I ever wanted. I used to believe better wasn’t possible for me, but looking back, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’m here, after years of work, not scared of my own mind anymore, (and of life) and my purpose is for you to be able feel the same. Because your mental health doesn’t define you, nor should it control you. Cheers to better.

18 things that changed my life before 18.

Everything I wish I knew before 18: how to change your life, stop self-sabotage, build self-love, save your relationships, romanticize your life & actually be happy. Hiiii :))) Welcome to Better!!! Saying I’m excited for this episode would be an understatement because I genuinely don’t think the word for how I feel about posting this even exists. This is my crash course in self-improvement and becoming the person you actually want to be. We’re talking about relationships, self-worth, confidence, romanticizing your life, acting from love instead of for love, recognizing your own self-sabotage patterns, protecting your relationships with other people AND yourself, and the neuroscience behind how your brain can actually change. I’m also sharing the mindset shifts, habits and sentences that changed the way I see myself and my life—and how to stop just existing and genuinely start living. Everything I’m sharing today is only a small part of what I’ve learned over the past few years: things that didn’t just change my life, but saved it and made me stay, too. It’s such a full-circle moment because this episode is the exact episode, the 14 year-old version of me crying on the bathroom floor was looking for. Call it self-improvement on speeds, a crash course in becoming better, or maybe just magic—because that’s what all of this has felt like to me. To anyone listening, I want you to know one thing: it really does get better. I promise. P.S - Better is here to stay!!!
