Are we Having the Conversation Too Late about Submission?? Her Submission #001

I think we’ve been starting the conversation about submission too late.We usually start talking about submission when a woman becomes a wife. But before I’m ever submitted in marriage, there’s a much bigger question:Am I submitted to Christ? My plans. My relationships. My desires. My timing. My opinions.Even my own will.Because Jesus prayed, “Nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.”And I’m learning that submission isn’t the absence of power. There is power in knowing whose authority you’re under. So we’re going to talk about the parts of submission that are beautiful, the parts that are difficult—and yes, even the parts that are controversial. This is Simply Submitted. The Wisdom & Purpose of Submission. Not my will. His will.#submission #christianwomen #christianmarriage #simplysubmitted
