    In the Beginning… a Death Curse | Friday the 13th & Genesis 1

Welcome to The Mission Trip Murders. Bill and Dan start at the beginning—with Friday the 13th (1980) and Genesis 1:1–2:4. Horror-film discussion meets biblical scholarship, with one practical agreement: when a kooky prophet warns you about a death curse, you listen. Even if he shows up drunk in your cupboard. We don’t mess with death curses. Spoilers for Friday the 13th (1980). Faith meets fear.
