Why Did God Create Us? | Lizzy Savetsky & Rabbi Manis Friedman

The world feels upside down, and Lizzy Savetsky wants to know why we're here at all. So she brings the biggest question there is to Rabbi Manis Friedman. Instead of asking what we need from God, Rabbi Friedman turns the question around: what does God need from us? Why would a perfect God create a world in the first place? Why has a culture of "put yourself first" left so many of us miserable? And what does it really mean to be chosen?
