This show is about navigating the in-between space. In life, we’re often met with circumstances where we’re at a crossroads, neither here nor there, somewhere in the liminal space which is often hard to define yet worthy of exploration. The show explores self-actualisation through art and pop-culture, psychology, philosophy and astrology as a way to give this unknown space a shape and some real understanding.

    "Balance" doesn't exist?

HELLO? It's Venus retrograde in Libra! the sign of balance itself but like? Are we ever going to give ourselves a break when it comes to the whole balance thing? Tbh, it's not even realistic to have an equal amount of energy spread across everything, everywhere, all at once. In this episode, I speak about this and the gorgeous universal law of rhythm because that seems more realistic to me. Film reference- Christopher Nolan: The Odyssey Art reference: Andrew Ntshabele

Pilot: "Should" is my least favourite word

First episode? OMG! I kick off with the why behind the podcast and why I chose to shoot it in car instead of a studio. I then talk about the word "should" and how burdensome it is really. Because honestly? "should" according to who? I end the episode by exploring some philosophy and art that paints the heaviness of societal "should's" pretty amazingly. Anyway, enjoy, luuuv ya byeeee. The academic text: Byung-Chul Han- The Burnout Society The art work: René Magritte- "Golconda"
