    EP11-Beyond the Choice

Recently, I started learning about Conjoint Analysis, and somehow, it made me rethink something as ordinary as buying a cashmere vest. From comparing prices, materials, and knitting techniques to reading about how people make decisions, I started wondering how much our choices really say about us. Do we always choose what we prefer? Are some things simply non-negotiable? And can we really understand someone's decisions just by looking at the outcome? In this episode, I share a few things I've been learning, some everyday examples, and how a statistics class unexpectedly made me question the way I understand choices — including my own.

    EP10-The Barns We Don't See

A missed dentist appointment led me to Burning (2018), and somehow I ended up reading Murakami's Barn Burning and questioning how we judge people, what makes something valuable, and how little we actually know about the world. Also featuring a hungry cat who interrupted my recording. 🐈

    EP07-Texel dreamcore

I went to Texel for a little solo adventure and somehow ended up in what felt like an AI-generated dream. Endless fields, dramatic skies, suspiciously photogenic sheep, and the kind of weather that changes its mind every five minutes. I cycled around the island, took an unreasonable number of animal portraits, and occasionally questioned whether any of this was real. A little windy, a little chaotic, and surprisingly peaceful. Featuring actual sounds from Texel, because apparently the Dutch weather wanted to be part of my podcast too.
