Are you missing the gatherings at the table? Remember the Sunday meals? But. first things first at the table. We gathered hands to" say the Grace". Where was your seat at the table?  Where did your family meet at the table? How can we restore the family morays, the family legacy, what does the next generation represent? In the bible the book of Nehemiah he heard of the ruins in the city. He came back to rebuild but not without distraction. Yet, he prayed and continued to rebuild. How can we rebuild?  We first must make ourselves healthy. Join me for intimate, funny, spirit filled discussions while learning interventions for healing and self-care.
