Sleep With Me

This podcast has been a godsend for the last few months -- it works better for me than any Benadryl, white noise, etc. I am 7 months pregnant and virtually guaranteed to wake up in the middle of the night... but with Scoots in my ear, I fall asleep easily and stay asleep for longer. Now I can safely say I am one of the well-wishers for anyone who needs some extra safety or comfort. Thank you, friend, for all you do for strangers around the world. I will gladly give money to keep this going, as for those of us for whom this podcast works, there is something downright magical at play here. I don't need to understand, just appreciate from the bottom of my heart.

I only listen to the old episodes now. The new ones are 40 minutes of asking for money.

I found this podcast ten years ago, single and pregnant and suffering insomnia. His promise is not only to maybe help put you to sleep, but to stay with you. It’s lonely in the deep dark night, wondering who that little baby will be and if you’ll raise him all alone. It’s a comfort knowing Scoots is in no rush and is always full of compassion, no matter what’s keeping you awake. Ten years later, my husband of four years asks me regularly to , “put on a scoots”. We say thank you.

They are shrill and loud. The complete opposite of what you are needing to sleep.
