I Read Comics podcast

This woman speaks intelligently about comics and has an in depth understanding and knowlage of the industry and what is good and what isnt. That being said, I got SEVERLEY bored of her pushing her feminist agenda at every turn. when I downloaded this I thought I was going to get a good general baseline comics review show, but this is DEFINETLY slanted toward a 'women in comics' viewpoint. additionally I found her a little hypocritcal in that the few comics she reviewed that did feature women as main characters, she panned. I'll be listening to something slightly more toward my taste, because lets face it: she isnt the only gushing fangirl with a podcast out there.

I listen to alot of podcast on comics and there are very few I keep forever on my Ipod,but this is one that stays with me allways.I really like the breaks of music in between the talking,makes it A relaxing listen!!!Thanks Lene for A enertaining podcast!

I have been listening to Lene Taylor for about a year and a half now, and I like her show so much that I recently went back and downloaded her older episodes to listen to on a long holiday car trip. I've never done that with any other podcast. She is one of the rare few comics dans who can carry a show completely on her own and be consistantly entertaining. I frequently read Lene's reccomendations, although I usually disagree with her movie reviews.

Ms. Taylor has interesting insights, and she provides them with honesty and wit. I especially like her just-after-the-movie reviews with her friend Logan.
