If you are a freelancer, solopreneur, or small business owner, you need to be listening to this podcast. There are some awesome gems in these first 50 episodes. Michael has a great voice, he's engaging -- I love his tangents and his flubs almost as much as the 'real' content -- and his guests are pretty much always insightful. The "Find Your Swing" episodes are great, and (the one I just finished) "You're Probably in Sales But Don't Realize It" is simply profound, in my opinion. I absolutely am learning to think in new ways about work, money, and life. Check it out!

I have always been skeptical about network marketing but Michaels interview with autumn not to mention his own story was highly inspiring and motivating. I found a lot of parallels and thought I was the only one. Still not interested in network but the life lessons are life-changing for a lot of people. I hope the word gets out. Autumn was refreshingly honest. Excellent interview about the human condition.

I am amazed at how relatable Michael and his co-hosts are, and how relevant the casual conversation is to would-be or serial entrepreneurs. One episode and I'm hooked! Michael is a fantastic interviewer, he asks great questions that elicits worthwhile dialogue from his guests, while being personable and funny as he drops knowledge-gems that give people striving to reach their personal goals real world examples of how to do so. It is an understatement to say that I'm a fan!
