The Audio Guide to Babylon 5

It was really fun listening to the podcast while rewatching Babylon 5. Highly recommend.

Really enjoying this podcast as a companion piece with my first viewing ever of Babylon 5. We watch the show and then listen to the podcast (so far thru season 2) up until the episode discusses spoilers. Thank you for being thoughtful and really warning the listener when spoiler discussion will occur. I find the hosts to be thoughtful, intelligent and articulate. I appreciate that they love the series but are willing to be critical in a constructive way as they feel necessary. I especially love that the hosts rarely speak over one another or all at once like some other very annoying podcasts do (especially another Babylon 5 one). These hosts are very professional and respectful to one another even if they offer a differing opinion than their colleagues. (Would love to give extra stars for this if I could.) Nice collaborative effort! I hope the podcast will still be around and I can access episodes as I work my way thru all the Babylon 5 TV episodes.

I like the pod most of the time,But every once in a while they got to get political and talk about diversity… I get it, your liberals and all want women and minorities to rule everything… I just enjoy Babylon 5, the stories the plots . There is plenty of “diversity “ in the show… I never noticed until you had to remind me how “progressive “ the show is….. here’s an idea, maybe everything isn’t trying to project a message, just make a good show

I’m giving this thing two stars instead of one out of charity, since I enjoy the cohosts... when they appear on other podcasts. I’m a B5 noob. This pod is _hair-pulling_ for first-timers. The hosts have nothing interesting to say, at least not before the spoiler horn. They give a 30-second summary of each week’s episode, then float a few cursory opinions along the lines of “I love this episode!” “I don’t love Sinclair’s performance in this episode.” “This episode made me cry!” while protesting that they can’t delve into the interesting stuff without going into spoilers. Then they blow the horn. The podcast is therefore somewhere between useless and agonizingly frustrating for nerds like me. We were looking forward to having our hands held by trusted commentators as we walked through the famously intricate series-long arc. Bummer that’s not happening. People who have already watched the whole bloated thing and loved it might be thrilled by this pod... who knows? (I’ll never find out, unfortunately.) But is that really the only audience you wanted to reach?
