Welcome to NicholsonCast — the sound of Carl Nicholson. This podcast is about one thing: music without boundaries. Across a career spanning decades behind the decks and in the studio, my sound has travelled through House, Techno, Hard House, Trance and everything in between. NicholsonCast is where all of those influences come together. Expect exclusive studio mixes, live recordings from clubs and festivals, forgotten classics, new productions, unreleased music and the occasional journey somewhere completely different. Some episodes will be uplifting. Some will be dark. Some will be fast. Some might surprise you. There are no rules here — just the music I love, played the way I want you to hear it. Whether you’ve followed my journey for years or you’ve only just discovered Nicholson, welcome aboard. This is NicholsonCast. 🎧 NICHOLSONCAST — HTID HAPPY HARDCORE SPECIAL Something a little bit different for this episode of the NicholsonCast… and this one is pure, unapologetic HAPPY HARDCORE! 💗💛💙🔥 For the next 70 minutes, I’m taking things back with a mix dedicated to the sound and energy of HTID — Hardcore Til I Die. This is all about the tunes that make you smile the second you hear them: huge pianos, massive vocals, ridiculous melodies, euphoric breakdowns and that unmistakable UK Hardcore energy. Expect tracks from the likes of Eclipse, M&C, Killer DJs, Darren Styles, Styles & Breeze, Ultrabeat and plenty more absolute whoppers along the way. Including classics such as: 🔥 Darren Styles – Getting Better🔥 Darren Styles – Save Me🔥 Styles & Breeze – You’re Shining🔥 Ultrabeat – Sure Feels Good🔥 Plus loads more HTID favourites and Happy Hardcore classics. I spend a lot of time moving between Trance, Hard Trance, House and Techno, but sometimes you've just got to forget about being serious and play records that make people properly f*****g happy. 😂❤️ That's exactly what this episode is about. 🎧 NICHOLSONCAST💗 HTID HAPPY HARDCORE SPECIAL⚡ 70 MINUTE MIX🎹 PIANO ANTHEMS • RAVE CLASSICS • UK HARDCORE • OLD SKOOL Turn it up LOUD and enjoy the ride. NICHOLSONCAST 111 – CARL NICHOLSON LIVE AT TRADE | 3 HOUR SET

🎧 NICHOLSONCAST – CARL NICHOLSON LIVE AT TRADE | 3 HOUR SET There are some sets that are more than just another gig — and for me, this is one of them. Ever since I first fell in love with Tony de Vit’s music, playing at Trade had been one of my ultimate goals. Trade represented so much of what made me fall in love with this music in the first place — the energy, the attitude, the DJs and that unmistakable sound. So when I was invited to play at Trade’s 30th Birthday, it genuinely was a dream come true. And now, the full three-hour recording has a new home on the NicholsonCast. ❤️ Musically, this one goes right across the board — a mix-and-match journey through Hard House and House classics, alongside some of my own remixes and reworkings of classic Hard Trance records. Expect tracks and influences from The Ethics, Patrick Prins, Committee, Tony de Vit and many, many more. Three hours of music representing different parts of my journey — from being inspired by Tony de Vit and dreaming about playing Trade, to eventually standing behind those decks myself. Sometimes you get to tick something off the bucket list. This was one of mine. ❤️ ⚫ CARL NICHOLSON – LIVE AT TRADE🔥 TRADE 30TH BIRTHDAY⏱️ 3 HOUR SET🎶 HOUSE • HARD HOUSE • HARD TRANCE • CLASSICS • NICHOLSON REMIXES 🎧 NICHOLSONCAST — MUSIC LIVES HERE. 🌐 FOLLOW NICHOLSON Facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/NicholsonHardTrance/ Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/carlnicholsondj/ TikTokhttps://www.tiktok.com/@carlnicholsondj SoundCloudhttps://soundcloud.com/nicholsonofficial NicholsonCast – Podomatichttps://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/nicholsoncast NicholsonCast – Apple Podcastshttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/nicholsoncast-dance-music-for-the-jilted-generation/id898764848 FOLLOW • SUBSCRIBE • SHARE ❤️ #NicholsonCast #Nicholson #CarlNicholson #Trade #Trade30 #TonyDeVit #HardHouse #HardTrance #HouseClassics #OldSkool #DJMix #ClubCulture #MusicLivesHere

💙 NICHOLSONCAST 110 – NICHOLSON LIVE AT TRANCE SANCTUARY AFTERPARTY @ MINISTRY OF SOUND 💙

💙 NICHOLSONCAST – NICHOLSON LIVE AT TRANCE SANCTUARY AFTERPARTY @ MINISTRY OF SOUND 💙 This one is FULL-ON TRANCE. 🔥 Another live recording from the Nicholson archives, this time from my set at the Trance Sanctuary Afterparty at the legendary Ministry of Sound, London. There are certain venues where walking into the DJ booth just feels different — and Ministry is one of them. For this set I went straight for the dancefloor: big riffs, big breakdowns, old-school influences, trance classics and those records that simply refuse to grow old. Expect music from the likes of K-Series, JX, Eric Prydz and many, many more — including huge moments such as JX – Son Of A Gun, alongside classic piano-driven sounds, familiar riffs and some proper hands-in-the-air trance. This isn't about sticking to one particular year or one particular corner of trance. It's about energy. The kind of records where you hear the first few bars and immediately know what's coming. 🔵 Recorded live at Trance Sanctuary Afterparty⚫ Ministry of Sound – London🎧 NICHOLSON – Full On Trance Set🔥 Classics • Trance • Hard Trance • Anthems • Bootlegs Turn it up LOUD. 🍓 NICHOLSONCAST 109 – CARL NICHOLSON LIVE AT STRAWBERRY SUNDAE'S VALENTINE’S BALL 🍓

🍓 NICHOLSONCAST – STRAWBERRY SUNDAE VALENTINE’S BALL 🍓 This one comes straight from the archives — a recording of what became one of my most memorable and talked-about sets at the legendary Strawberry Sundae. For this set, I wanted to go straight back to the roots and recreate that unmistakable ’90s dancefloor feeling — proper old-school energy, huge melodies, pianos, vocals and records that instantly take you back to another time. The reaction to this set was incredible. It picked up over 5,000 plays on SoundCloud and generated so many brilliant comments and memories that I knew it deserved a permanent home on the NicholsonCast. Expect classics including La Luna, Gat Decor – Passion, Amen – Passion, La Voix De Soleil and a stack of those huge records from yesteryear that helped define an era. No trends. No algorithms. No trying to sound current. Just a room full of people, timeless records and that feeling you used to get when the right tune landed at exactly the right moment. ❤️ 🍓 Recorded live at Strawberry Sundae – Valentine’s Ball🎧 Carl Nicholson – Old Skool Classics Set🔥 90s House • Club Classics • Anthems • Memories Turn it up, close your eyes and come back with me… THIS IS WHAT SATURDAY NIGHTS USED TO SOUND LIKE. 🎧 NICHOLSONCAST — MUSIC LIVES HERE. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌐 FOLLOW NICHOLSON 📘 Facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/NicholsonHardTrance/ 📸 Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/carlnicholsondj/ 🎵 TikTokhttps://www.tiktok.com/@carlnicholsondj 🎧 SoundCloudhttps://soundcloud.com/nicholsonofficial 🎙️ Apple Podcastshttps://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/nicholsoncast-dance-music-for-the-jilted-generation/id898764848 🎙️ Podomatichttps://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/nicholsoncast FOLLOW • SUBSCRIBE • SHARE ❤️ If this one takes you back somewhere, drop me a message and tell me where you were when these records originally ruled the dancefloor. 🍓❤️🎧 #Nicholson #NicholsonCast #CarlNicholson #StrawberrySundae #OldSkool #90sHouse #HouseClassics #ClubClassics #ClassicHouse #OldSkoolHouse #DanceMusic #RaveGeneration #90sDance #MusicLivesHere
