I'm a big horror fan, and it's easy to hear that the hosts really like the genre as well. They have a good mix of fanboy enthusiasm and lesser-known knowledge of details.
That said, they need to try to make sure that the guests that they bring on are either allowed to express their opinions first (instead of just agreeing with everything) or they shouldn't have guests at all.
They need a better intro to the MST3K thing that they do while watching a trailer. I listened to the Lost Boys episode first and I had no idea what was happening when that skit came on.
Finally, I've already admitted to being a horror nerd, and I would imagine that the people who would seek out this type of podcast would also be horror nerds. And there's nothing more annoying than hearing a podcast where the hosts make simple plot point mistakes. I hope that in the future, they'll make it a point to watch whatever movie/series they'll be discussing beforehand so they don't sound lost during the podcast.
I'm sure that once they find their footing, this will be a great podcast, but they're not there yet.
