I found Dr. Berlin & his podcast through Hilary Duff and her birth story, but I have been listening almost non-stop since! Dr. Berlin has such a peaceful demeanor, seems very humble and is so enjoyable to listen to! His guests are so interesting! Overall GREAT podcast and so informative!

This “doctor” is not a medical professional- he is a chiropractor. If you want to learn pseudoscience, plus hear extremely biased opinions presented as fact, plus a ton of rambling and frankly bad interviews, this podcast is for you…

I do really like this podcast because Dr. Berlin has a gentle demeanor and asks a lot of interesting questions. However, some of the guests are just so self absorbed, it’s cringy to listen to. Women who hire videographers AND photographers (for first time home births…. girl, this is not your wedding). It does always make me chuckle because the guests who are the most extra always end up medicated at the hospital after laboring at home in pain for 24 hours unnecessarily. I’m not sure why so many of these women put so much pressure on these ridiculous birth plans so they can be as “natural” and “pure” and “manifesting” as possible. Anyway, lots of eye rolls, but 4 stars because I can’t stop listening even though many guests are living on another planet.

A note for future episodes - some of us have really struggled with infertility, recurrent miscarriage, etc and saying a guest will be discussing her “fertility journey” when the episode states that she got pregnant on the first try is just unnecessary.
