Retrocomputing fascination

Normally for retro computing, you just hear coverage about games, but this one takes a risk, and it pays off. How would yesteryear's productivity software hold up to today? What if there was some apocalypse where we could only use classic computers?

Worry no more, Wade will fill you in on the details about programs on how to save for that yacht, or balancing out your checkbook with 30+ year old software. And the robot voice is pleasant to hear.

Great Podcast!

You’d think a podcast about productivity software for a personal home computer from 35 years ago would be rather dull. This one is not! The information is presented in a clear and concise manner. An added bonus is the interaction between the host, Wade Ripkowski, and his digital partner, Allison. If you have or had an Atari 8-bit, you’ll love this well-organized and well-presented podcast. I never miss it. Thanks, Wade!

Brings old world back to life

I was a Commodore kid. But hearing such detailed descriptions of old non game programs for the Atari make me realize how much else I missed when I was a kid. Wade does an awesome job of researching each application, describing how it operates etc. Who knew hearing about productivity apps would be something you can’t wait for the next episode for.
