Eddy Cassar (@eddy_cassar) is a publicist by trade who fell into promoting the Cape Town Funny Festival (@ctfunnyfestival) after helping run the PR for the first Red Nose Day.
This podcast is awesome and goes into a lot of detail about the history of South Africa, and the festival and the way the negative things that happened in the past have positively shaped their present and future.

Customer Reviews
Excellent
Really good, informative podcast that gets into the nitty gritty of the UK humor scene and beyond.
Incredible Podcast!
I'm a comedy fan who lives in Atlanta,GA in the U.S.. I just listened to the podcast episode that Simon did with Luisa Omielan. And I absolutely loved it. He is so professional, and thoughtful in his questions and really got her to open up about her journey to success. Simon and Ask The Industry Podcast has a new fan in me! Here's to many more!
A must
As a NYC native with a love of all things British, EdFringe, industry, and comedy, Simon’s podcasts have been a valuable tool while also being entertaining and well-produced. Anyone working in the industry should give it a listen. And anyone who is a fan of the arts should also tune in.
