Toasty Ep. 5 Embracing Self & Others

‘Is the self a projection based on other people’s projection? Is it who we really are? or who we really want to be ? or should be ?’ The discussion will progress based on the three core components: Identity – how do we perceive/define ourselves? The Self in Transition – When do we become confused about our sense of self? The Suspended Self – When do we lose our sense of self and connect with the oneness of universal energy? Toasty Ep. 4 We have a black President though....

Lets talk about Race and Dear White People. Is Post-Racism a real thing? Who actually plays the Race Card. How much do we know about Affirmative Action? And without being perceived as overtly aggressive, how do we have these conversations? This will be a conversation that hopes to peel back the layers of confusion around racial issues as well dig deeper into understanding just how prevalent racial issues still are in America and the broader world.
