Breaking Free from Rigid Structures for Greater IC Agility

Several leading organizations are seeing success in organizing and structuring the function around go-to-market priorities instead; by doing so, we can more easily deploy IC resources to support business priorities as they shift in response to market demand. At the same time, agility also requires communicators capable of moving beyond specialist skill sets, titles and roles to deliver comprehensive and high-level communication support. Cisco Systems and Bell Helicopter are both deploying new-in-kind communication generalists in agile, cross-functional teams organized around business priorities. Watch this webinar for a closer look at best practices in agility from these two companies. Bridget Hall, IC Manager at Bell Helicopter, will be on the line with us to add color to her team’s story and answer your questions live.
