These podcasts are so helpful!!! I’ve been in the Factory Youth for a little over a year, and podcasts really help. Whether I want to listen to a service I missed, or I just want to re-listen to my favourite one, I’ll just sit down on the couch with some headphones and relax. The only thing is that I would love to have the option of listening to the whole service. Some of the parts taken out at the beginning are really funny. And the worship band sounds WAY better than Hillsong UNITED (in my opinion)!
This is just my little request. It does not need to be fulfilled or answered. I just LOVE Calvary Chapel and for anyone reading this who does not attend I strongly recommend it if you live in or around Vero Beach, FL! Before Calvary I could claim that I was a Christian without fully understanding what God’s love really was. But then I started going to pastor Pete Vitale’s 2nd-5th grade class on Thursdays and he CHANGED MY LIFE. He became my earthly role-model and inspiration.
Then I joined the Youth group. I was only 11, and my mom was nervous for me because some middle-schoolers felt lonely and intimidated by the teenagers in the Factory. But I confidently strolled into the Youth group, knowing that God would guide my footsteps.
Long story short, I fell in love. With who?
God.
I had a bond with Him. He was my buddy. My friend.
My dad.
And I forever thank the Gallagher family for helping me achieve that agape love.
