    When You Stop Settling

What we believe is possible shapes what becomes possible.  In this episode, I share two client stories and how they reminded me what even a small shift in perspective can do. One was a mom whose daughter was waiting on a college decision and already leaning toward the safer choice. The other was a business owner weighing an offer to sell. Neither needed a list of action steps. What they needed was a gentle nudge to recognize what they truly wanted and realize it was within their reach. A week later, the daughter got into her dream school, and the buyer came back with a significantly higher offer. That's all it took. Key takeaways: • The difference between discernment and overthinking, and why one brings clarity while the other keeps you stuck
 • Why manifesting from your soul is fundamentally different from trying to control life through the ego
 • Why the ego isn't the enemy. It offers useful information, just not the whole picture
 • How limiting beliefs quietly prepare us to settle for less than what's truly possible
 • Why paying attention to what's already flowing in your life helps create more of it
 • How to tell the difference between a true obstacle and one that only appears enormous because of the lens you're looking through
 • How quieting the mind allows your inner guidance to reveal possibilities you couldn't see before
When we trust the flow and follow our inner guidance, the road in front of us doesn't just become clearer. It can change entirely. Join me and Dr. Larry Farwell for The Science of Creating Miracles retreat, August 20-23.

Healing Imposter Syndrome with Kathy Rose

The cure to imposter syndrome is not about proving yourself to others. It's about trusting in your own inner authority. In this episode, I sit back down with astrologer Kathy Rose — host of the Rose Astrology YouTube channel and my personal go-to for making sense of what the cosmos is up to. Kathy has been doing astrological consultations for 42 years, and she has a rare gift for keeping the work grounded, practical, and free of jargon. We talk about why imposter syndrome is showing up so loudly for women right now — the astrological weight behind it, the social conditioning under it, and what Saturn and Neptune in Aries are actually inviting us to do about it. Kathy explains what she calls spiritual self-sufficiency, why the antidote to doubt isn't more accomplishments but internal congruence, and how habit change (not wound-hunting) is often the more useful frame. Key takeaways from this episode: • Saturn and Neptune have moved into Aries, and we're in the middle of a 14-year wave asking women to come into full alignment with their wisdom and expertise
 • Spiritual self-sufficiency means going within for your answers — not because outside guides are wrong, but because your inner authority is where the truth actually lives
 • Imposter syndrome isn't fixed by proving yourself more. It's healed by settling it for yourself — knowing what you know, and no longer needing anyone else to confirm it
 • Congruence isn't loud. It's a solid, resonant energy that other people can feel without you saying a word
 • Habit change is often more useful than wound work: notice the trigger, hear the alarm bell, pause, redirect
 • Apologizing before we speak up, self-insulting to deflect a compliment, taking up less space — these are learned protections, not truths about who we are
 • Balancing masculine and feminine energy is happening within all of us, not just between us
 • Hope is real. There's a generation of young men actively rewriting how women get to be seen and honored

The Weight You Don't Have to Carry: A Reading with June

When you live your light, the right people find you. In this episode, I sit down for an intuitive reading with my guest June, and the conversation that unfolds holds something for everyone. June came in asking about his mission and purpose, and right away I saw an image: a train barreling down the tracks at full speed, with him running up and down the cars trying to keep every piece moving. He's built something remarkable, a heart-centered community of thousands, alongside several other businesses, and underneath it all is a question about where to put his energy and what to let go of. His guides met him with a clear message: the momentum is his own intention at work, so he doesn't have to keep running to catch up with what he's created. We get into the difference between the two kinds of service, giving until there's nothing left versus living your own light and letting it draw others in, and the deeper work of learning that his worth was never something he had to earn by doing for everyone else. Key takeaways from this episode: • The momentum you feel is your own intention in motion. You don't have to push the train, and you're allowed to slow it down
 • Over-responsibility is its own kind of weight. You can trust your team, your guides, and the flow to carry more than you think
 • Nothing meant for you will pass you by. If something falls through the cracks, it either loops back or it wasn't yours to hold
 • Watch the accounting in your relationships. When you're always giving ninety-five and getting five, something needs to recalibrate
 • Frustration is information. When you feel it, don't stuff it down. Sit with it long enough to hear what it's telling you
 • There are two ways to serve: give until you disintegrate, or live your light and let it draw the right people in. Only one is sustainable
 • You're allowed to be compensated for what you create. Being of service and being profitable are not opposites
When we trust the flow, everything tends to work out in the best possible way.  Join me and Dr. Larry Farwell for The Science of Creating Miracles retreat, August 20-23.

    When Lazy Is Lovely

We live in a world that prizes doing over being—go, go, go, do, do, do—and rewards the people who never seem to stop. So when your own rhythm asks for rest, it's easy to feel like something's wrong with you. But the constant rushing the world encourages can actually keep you from the very thing that matters most: being present enough to hear your own guidance and follow your flow. I recorded this episode after a day spent almost entirely on my lounge chair, reading a romance novel and watching the gray whales migrate along the coast. I'd woken up exhausted, with a whole free day ahead of me, and I kept thinking I should get up and hike, do yoga, work on my book. My body had other ideas, and so I let myself simply rest. It was exactly what I needed, and it got me thinking about pace, how some of us are built for go, go, go, and some of us need a lot more downtime to just be. For those of us who are highly sensitive and intuitive, that slower rhythm isn't laziness; it's how we take in, process, and hold space for everything we're feeling. It's often the very place where our clearest guidance and most inspired action begin. In this episode, we explore: • Why so many of us feel we have to be "going, going, going," and where that conditioning comes from
 • How your body tells you when you're not following your right pace (and what happens when you don't listen)
 • The difference between restlessness that can't be still and a slower pace that's genuinely resonant
 • Why the most sensitive and intuitive among us often need more downtime to process everything we take in
 • How rest, presence, and deep listening become the very place through which all inspiration flows
Give yourself permission to follow your very own pace. What you offer the world at rest is no less valuable than what you offer in motion, and often, it's where the magic begins. Join me and Dr. Larry Farwell for The Science of Creating Miracles retreat, August 20-23.

You Don't Have to Know for Sure

How do you know your connection to spirit is real? In fifteen years of teaching intuition development, it's one of the most common questions I get. And the answer surprises people: you don't always know it the way your mind wants to, with absolute certainty. That's just not how intuition works. While I was watching a basketball game the other night, I felt my dad sitting beside me, watching the game with me the way we used to do before he passed. As I was enjoying his presence, doubt started to creep in. Am I making this up? Even after all my years as a medium, there was no way to be sure. Then came a deeper realization: I didn't need to know for sure. I just needed to let myself trust in the connection and enjoy the experience. I felt loved, and that was enough. In this episode, we explore: • Why hunting for definitive proof is usually the fastest way to talk yourself out of your spiritual connection
 • The difference between healthy skepticism and shutting yourself down, and why discernment and trust actually work together
 • How to tell genuine intuition from the louder voice of ego, the need to be right, the outcome you want too badly
 • Why even the most validated mediums aren't right 100% of the time, and why that was never the point
 • The one thing that's done more to deepen my own connection than any technique
You don't need louder proof. You need to trust the connection that's been there all along. That's where everything opens up. Join me and Dr. Larry Farwell for The Science of Creating Miracles retreat, August 20-23.

    Dream Tethering with Tim Shields

When you are a creator, you are supported by creation. In this episode, I sit down with Tim Shields, a writer, editor, and literary collaborator working at the intersection of science, consciousness, and human potential. You may know him from his six-year collaboration with Dr. Joe Dispenza, including the bestseller Becoming Supernatural. He's the host of The Inciting Incident podcast, and he's at work on a new book, Dream Tethering: 13 Keys to Creating the Life of Your Dreams. We get into the creative process as a form of intuition: how writing, at its best, is really channeling, and how editing too early in the process shuts that channel down. Tim shares what it was like working with Dr. Joe and the idea behind his new book, that a dream is a thought made manifest, held by surrender and trust. We also talk about why his best work tends to come through walking. I also share a little about my own beach-walking book in progress, and we land on something I keep coming back to: life is a mirror, and when you trust it's a loving one, that's where the miracles start. Key takeaways from this episode: • Writing in flow is an extension of intuition. When you create, you're connecting to spirit, source, soul
 • The moment you bring judgment in, you shut off the channel. Take off the editorial cap, dump it on the page, and then shine it. That's where the magic happens
 • A dream is a thought made manifest in the physical world, and staying connected to it rests on surrender and trust
 • Not every breadcrumb is meant to be followed. Discernment is knowing the difference, even when something looks good on paper
 • Your state of being shapes what comes through, so tend to it
 • Movement gets you out of your head and into receiving. Walk, and let the answers find you
 • Your uniqueness is the gift. No one else can offer your perspective, so claim it, share it, and live it
Your dream is your calling. This conversation is about learning to trust where it leads. To learn more about Tim Shields and stay connected, visit his website: https://www.therealtimshields.com/ Join me and Dr. Larry Farwell for The Science of Creating Miracles retreat, August 20-23.

You Can Be Right and They Can Be Right: A Reading with Zenka

When you trust in yourself, you start to attract and create a world that aligns with your deepest wisdom, joy, and truth. In this episode, I sit down for an intuitive reading with my guest Zenka, and the conversation that unfolds holds something for everyone. Zenka came in carrying a lot: a two-and-a-half-year relationship she'd recently ended, the demands of co-parenting, and a deeper question about learning to trust herself. Her guides met her right where she was. They spoke to the pattern underneath that last relationship, the instinct to love someone hard enough to heal them, and to the deeper work of honoring your own perspective without making the other person wrong. And running through all of it was the same quiet invitation: to stop abandoning herself, and to trust that she already has the answers she's looking for. Key takeaways from this episode: • We're taught early to distrust our own knowing. Reconnecting with it starts by bearing witness to yourself
 • Confidence isn't bravado or needing to be right. It's trusting yourself and letting everything else be where it is
 • You can be right and they can be right. You may simply be seeing the same thing from different perspectives, and that realization is freedom
 • What feels stubborn is often self-protection, a refusal to abandon yourself when others pull you away from you
 • When someone needs you to be wrong in order to feel safe, that's their work, not yours. Hold your boundary and let them have their perspective
 • If a relationship takes that much work, that's information. It should be easy most of the time
When we trust the flow, everything tends to work out the way it's meant to. Join me and Dr. Larry Farwell for The Science of Creating Miracles retreat, August 20-23.
