    3957 Dig A Little Deeper

Life doesn't wait for you to be ready. It hits hard, fast, and often without warning. When the storms roll in, they can scar your days and steal the peace from your nights. It's raw. It's real. And frankly, it's not fun. Life has never been easy for anyone who's ever done more than just exist. If you want to stand tall—if you want to break past the pain—you have to dig a little deeper. Digging deeper means rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands and heart a little dirty, diving headfirst into the mess that life throws your way. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's not about avoiding struggle or sitting on the sidelines waiting for clear skies. It's about anchoring yourself right inside the storm, understanding its force, and figuring out how to move despite it. When you hit a wall—and you will—don't just stand there and stare it down like a dead end. Walls are part of the landscape. They're not your prison. Find a way around it. Climb it. Smash through it if you have to—but do it on your terms, in a way that honors who you are and who you are becoming. The K.I.S.S. ~ Dig a little deeper! This isn't about stubbornness for stubbornness's sake. It's about resilience with purpose. You don't settle because you think "this is good enough." No. You chase after more—not more money, not more stuff—but more meaning, more impact, and more depth in your everyday life. When you cultivate that "more," everything else begins to fall into place. So the next time life threatens to crush your spirit, remember this: You have a well inside you filled with untapped strength, grit, and tenacity. Dig in and unearth it. Push past the pain, the doubt, and the fatigue. The edge of your discomfort is where growth lives. Don't quit. Don't settle. Dig a little deeper—and watch how far you'll go. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3956 Why Does Everything Healthy Taste So Bad?

Healthy living rarely feels easy. We say we want to be healthier, but when faced with salads that seem like lawn clippings or bland steamed veggies, we ask ourselves: Why does everything healthy taste so bad? The frustration isn't just about flavor; it's a symptom of a deeper battle between what our bodies crave and what our minds resist. Your taste buds and your body are often on two different pages, and that disconnect trips up even the most committed. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When we say "healthy," we're really talking about what our body needs to thrive—nutrients, real fuel, balance. But what our brain wants immediately tends to be sugar, salt, fat—the triple threat engineered by processed foods to hook us in. This clash makes healthy food feel like punishment, not a pleasure. Why does this happen? Because evolution wired us to survive scarcity, not abundance. Sweet and salty triggers told our ancestors where to find energy-dense food in the wild. Today, those cravings run wild thanks to a buffet of hyper-processed options. Meanwhile, nutrient-rich foods, often more subtle in taste, demand patience and resetting your palate—a job none of us signed up for overnight. The K.I.S.S. ~ Reset your taste buds! Because if we choose differently, there will be a greater hit to our health; where we resist the standards our bodies require because facing that means discipline, discomfort, and sacrifice. It means saying no to quick fixes and yes to choices that don't deliver instant gratification. We ignore our body's needs because honoring them questions our habits, priorities, and sometimes, our identity. That's the gut punch!! But there's good news. Healthy living can "taste" good. Not just in your mouth—on your tongue—but in how it feels in your body, mind, and how you live your life. How? Start with these three moves: Reset Your Palate Gradually: Your taste buds adapt faster than you think. Swap one processed snack for a piece of fresh fruit or a handful of nuts each day. Over weeks, flavors you once found bland become vibrant. You start to crave the realness instead of the artificial. Connect Food to Feeling: Don't just eat a salad because it's "healthy." Notice the energy, clarity, or calm it brings you afterward. When you link food with the benefit it provides, that "taste" becomes the reward, not the immediate sugary hit. Own Your Standards: You're not on a diet; you're living a lifestyle. Get clear on what your body deserves and hold that line. No excuses. Healthy living tastes better when you're proud of your commitment and results. Now, imagine what healthy "tastes" like in a bigger sense: It's waking up energized, not groggy. It's wearing clothes that fit right, not stretched out. It's feeling confident in your skin and owning your day without hitting a wall at 2 PM. It's more than food—it's peace of mind, resilience, and freedom. It's about honoring your mind, body, and spirit. That's the real flavor of health. Sometimes bitter at first, yes, but rich and rewarding once you adjust your expectations and truly commit. So next time you grimace over kale or blanch at the thought of no sugar, remember—it's not about instant taste. It's about training your mind and body for a delight that lasts a lifetime. Keep pushing. The taste of real health is waiting on the other side of your discomfort. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3955 Put Down Your Mask

It's easy to hide behind a mask — the carefully crafted image of who you think you should be or what you don't want anyone to see. Behind this disguise, you might feel safer, less vulnerable. But you cannot move forward or live the life you were meant to live with God's divine purpose in mind if you're trapped behind that mask. So, put down your mask. Please put down your mask. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Be bold enough to show up with your flaws, your imperfections, your raw and real self. You don't have to be perfect to create a beautiful life. Perfection is a mirage that keeps you stuck. Real progress comes when you shed the fear of judgment and embrace your authentic story. Put down your mask. Be honest with yourself and in your view of life. Stop wrestling your reality into something it's not. Your circumstances — hard as they may be — don't define your worth or your destiny. You are not your struggles, your failures, or your fears. Acknowledge them as part of your path without letting them box you in. The K.I.S.S. ~ Put down your mask! Be compassionate with yourself. You will stumble. You will make mistakes. That's part of being human. Grant yourself the grace you easily offer to others. Don't hold yourself to impossible standards. Growth requires patience, and forgiveness fuels resilience. Be you. Not a version edited for approval or acceptance, but the real you — imperfect, evolving, courageous. Allow yourself to become who you're meant to be, step by step, day by day. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo So put down your mask. Take that step. Live your truth. The life waiting for you on the other side is far richer than any façade could ever be. Put Down Your Mask by Kristianne Wargo Behind the glass of polished grace, A shadow hides, a quiet place. But masks, no matter how they shine, Can never mirror your true spine. You've held them up to shield the pain, To hide the loss, to numb the strain. But here's the truth you need to hear— The light inside grows strong and clear. So shed the weight of perfect guise, Let honesty unbind your eyes. Your scars, your doubts, your fragile parts, Are just the maps to your brave heart. Be bold enough to stand, unmasked, To speak your truth, to own what's past. Compassion's not just for the world— Gift it yourself, let grace unfurl. Step by step, the journey's made, Not by rushing, nor by shade. One foot forward, small and sure, Leads to a life that's rich and pure. So put down your hard, guarded face, And live in freedom, love, and grace. For who you are, becoming true, The world is waiting just for you. "Be present. Be incredible. 3954 How Do You Shift In Real Time?

Life isn't a straight path. It's a wild mix of flavors, textures, highs, lows, wins, and setbacks. You grind to reach certain milestones, but just when you think you've arrived, reality reminds you there's more hustle, more growth, more shifting to do. So how do you shift in real time when life throws you curveballs? Are you the kind of person who acts like you've already done the hard work—like you've ticked the box—only to wash your hands of responsibility? Then you lean back, waiting for the next step to come to you. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Or maybe you're the type that challenges yourself to digest every lesson learned and push further no matter what. Here's the hard truth: nobody completely arrives. Not until the very end. Those who think they've checked all the boxes often get stuck. They lose sight of the fact that shifting—changing—evolving on the fly is a constant. They cling to the illusion of "being done" and miss the point entirely. So if arrival isn't the goal, what is? How do you stay flexible and shift in real time? The K.I.S.S. ~ Start your day happy! Here are three gritty realities to lean into: 1. Own Your Present Without Escaping Into the Past or Future You can't shift effectively if you're trapped by what's already happened or distracted by what might come next. The moment demands your full attention. That means facing your current challenges head-on, accepting what's there without blame or wishful thinking. Pretend you're on a battlefield. Your ability to see what's actually happening, right now—not what you hope or fear—will determine your next move. 2. Learn Fast, Then Lean Into Action Absorbing lessons without applying them is just mental busywork. Shifting means quick processing followed by decisive steps—even imperfect ones. Don't wait for all the answers or a perfect plan. Theory without action is a dead end. 3. Keep Your Identity Fluid—But Grounded Know who you are, but don't get rigid about it. Holding onto a fixed self-image blocks growth and blinds you to the signals life sends. Instead of pretending you've arrived, be honest about who you are and who you are becoming; where you are and where you want to go. Let's play Monday Morning Quarterback - Mama's Sports Center is in the house. Take, for example, the four NFL teams vying for a chance to play for the Super Bowl. If you watched the Broncos and the Patriots, you would have seen how the weather went from blue, sunny skies to a wintery mix of white snow with winds that made your eyes water. The Broncos did not figure out a way to shift in real time. However, the Patriots found a way to keep their defense effective, so they didn't have to worry about scoring another goal; it was more about holding onto the points they had and keeping the Broncos stuck way back in their own field position. If you believe life is about becoming, your daily shifts become part of a legacy, not just survival. You're upsetting the autopilot of complacency. Imagine if you stopped trying so hard to arrive or prove you made it. What if you simply became—trusting the process, embracing the shifts, adjusting in real time? How would that change how you show up daily? How differently would you see your world if you dropped the illusion of completeness? The truth is, real life demands adaptability. It demands awareness. It demands resilience. Those who master real-time shift don't waste time pretending they've finished their journey—they lean into what's next, eyes wide open. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo Remember, you're not aiming to be a finished product. You're crafting a living legacy. So stop acting as if you've arrived. Show up raw, real, and ready to shift—because that's what keeps you moving forward, no matter what storm you must weather. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3953 No More Words

Have you ever paused to consider how God truly wants you to show up each day? It's easy to walk into church on Sunday with a smile and a heart full of joy—or at least a glimpse of it. But ask yourself: how genuine is that moment? Is it real and life-giving? Or is it just a performance, a mask worn for the crowd, for appearances? God doesn't need the mask. He sees behind it. He knows the truth that we often try to hide, even from ourselves. No more words. Jesus said it plainly in Matthew 5, in the Beatitudes—a blueprint for living "God's way." It's a call to something deeper than words or surface-level faith. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Matthew 5:1-12 (NIV) 5 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them. The Beatitudes He said: 3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit,     for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 Blessed are those who mourn,     for they will be comforted. 5 Blessed are the meek,     for they will inherit the earth. 6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,     for they will be filled. 7 Blessed are the merciful,     for they will be shown mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart,     for they will see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers,     for they will be called children of God. 10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,     for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Each blessing challenges us to live beyond the façade. We're not just called to show up in church and give lip service. We're called to be salt and light in the world. Salt preserves and flavors; light pushes back darkness and reveals the path. Jesus said in Matthew 5:13-16 (NIV) 13 "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. 14 "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. This is a disruptive invitation—to act with radical honesty, kindness, and purpose that cannot be ignored. The K.I.S.S. ~ No more words! No more words. That's your challenge. It's not about endless prayers spoken without action, or hollow promises whispered in quiet moments. It's about doing. It's about living out your faith in a way that's unquestionable. It's time to toss the mask aside and live as Jesus did: with authenticity, courage, and love that demands attention. I want to encourage your heart today—take A.I.M.: Action Ignites Motivation. When you act on what God calls you to do, your motivation isn't the hard part; it's the result. Actions fuel faith and fire up your spirit. Who doesn't need that spark to keep going, especially when the world drags us down or doubts creep in? Let this be your daily commitment: no more words, no more pretending. Show up real, show up bold, show up as the salt and light that God made you to be. When you do, you don't just change your own life—you change the world around you. You get to impact the world that you touch, and that's exactly what God desires. So today, put down the mask. Speak less—live more. Let your actions tell the story that words never could. 3952 Are You Chasing the Wrong Part of the Heart?

Marriage. A word that conjures images of bliss, partnership, and forever—but also confusion, frustration, and unexpected challenges. When two people say, "I do," it isn't just a promise to love; it's an entry into a complicated dance of needs, expectations, and realities. And somewhere along the way, you might find yourself wondering: Are you chasing the wrong part of the heart? Let's be real—too many people step into marriage thinking it's all about them. They want their partner's role to serve their needs, validate their feelings, and eliminate inconveniences. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Spoiler alert: That kind of mindset is a shortcut to loneliness, not connection. So if marriage isn't about one person's selfish fulfillment, what is it really about? You know what it's about, but let me remind you. It's about two imperfect people coming together to choose each other every day, showing up with humility, effort, forgiving quickly, and a willingness to grow—not for themselves alone but for the we they've created. If you keep buying into the myth that marriage is about getting what you want, at some point you'll hit a wall. That wall usually comes calling when the glow of the honeymoon phase fades, and life's responsibilities—work stress, kids, bills—all pile on. That's when you need a reality check: What part of the heart are you really chasing? Are you after validation, control, convenience, or genuine connection? Identifying that is where the root of your troubles begins. Please note: if you are chasing the right part, then be willing to grow deeper in your marriage. In marriage, you must learn to course-correct to go deeper. The K.I.S.S. ~ Learn to course-correct to go deeper! So, how do you course-correct before you lose your way? Here are three non-negotiable moves every spouse must make to avoid chasing the wrong part of your spouse's heart. CAUTION: This is for people who are of sound mind, where abuse does not exist.  1. Quit Treating Your Spouse Like a Servant Being married doesn't mean you get a personal assistant for life's hard parts. If your love language sounds like "You owe me," chances are you're fueling resentment, not intimacy. Shift your focus from what you want to what you can give. Serve first, love second. It's not poetic fluff—it's the foundation of lasting respect, respect that is earned. 2. Make Vulnerability Your Strength, Not Weakness Stop hiding behind silence or defensiveness. Real connection demands you risk showing your cracks, your flaws. When you lead with openness instead of blame or withdrawal, you invite your spouse into your true, whole heart. That invitation alone can thaw the coldest distance. 3. Remember: It's "We," Not "Me" Married life is a joint venture with shared wins and losses. That means your happiness isn't about extracting value from your partner—it's about building something neither of you could achieve alone. This mindset shift rewires how you communicate, argue, and celebrate every victory, both big and small. Life is an adventure, so share it together! But there is still a lingering question: Where's the hope in your marriage? In marriage, hope lives in the rejection of entitlement and the acceptance of collaboration. Hope is found in the daily choice to show up, listen deeply, and fight for each other instead of against each other. You are on the same team! It's not glamorous; it's gritty and often tedious—but it's real, and it's powerful. If you're feeling lost or stuck, don't panic. Marriage is messy; growth is painful. But chasing the right part of the heart—the part that wants partnership, not possession—means your story isn't over yet. It's just getting real. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3951 Prepare the Way

When your children are little, parenting feels all-consuming. Overwhelm doesn't even seem like a fitting word, yet you're hands-on from feeding to teaching to fixing. Every day is full of immediate needs,  constant crisis management, and unconditional love sprinkled throughout. It's easy to believe that how you prepare the way means just getting them through those early years. But then, they grow. They move into adolescence, young adulthood, and beyond—and suddenly the kind of parenting required shifts. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The challenges become less about diapers and homework, and more about identity, independence, big life choices, and emotional resilience. Yet the tricky part is that your responsibility doesn't pause; it evolves. The last thing you want is to be caught off guard when the next stage hits. Being prepared means adapting your mindset and skills before your kids need you to. The way you parent teenagers or young adults isn't the same way you parent toddlers—and that's exactly the point. Preparing the way is a lifelong commitment—not just to raise kids, but to grow with them. The K.I.S.S. ~ Prepare the way! Think about how you have parented your kids in the past. Have you made changes along the way as they go through their stages of life? Think back to a situation where you wished you had responded differently. Maybe it was when you were at the store, the movies, or church. Consider the environment and how you could have responded differently in: What you said The tone of voice used Discipline used, or lack thereof How it ended We can be so quick to try and put out a fire for hundreds of reasons. But what matters is how you prepare the way for them to learn the lesson. This isn't about your ego or how good a parent you are; it must be in the child's best interest. And yes, that means your response in how you prepare the way will differ for each child. One-size does not fit all! Are you exhausted just thinking about it? Well, that means you care!! So give yourself a high-five!! Don't beat yourself up over what you think you did wrong. Use your reflection to gain a deeper understanding of where you are and where your child needs you to grow. Here are the three ways you grow alongside your kids—no matter their age: 1. Stay Curious and Keep Learning Together Your kids don't stop growing—and neither should you. When you embrace curiosity instead of trying to have all the answers, you set a powerful example. Read that book, learn that new skill, or dig into what fascinates them. This isn't about pretending to be cool or chasing trends; it's about genuinely investing in the things your child cares about. Doing this together levels up your connection and shows that growth never stops. It sends the loud message that learning is a lifelong adventure, not a checklist. 2. Adapt Your Role as Their Needs Shift When kids are young, parents are fixers, teachers, sheriffs. But as they grow, your job shifts from controller to coach, from manager to mentor. This requires self-awareness and humility because the way you lead and support needs recalibration. Recognize when to step back, when to step in, and when to cheer on quietly from the sidelines. Your willingness to evolve moves your relationship beyond authority-based parenting into partnership and mutual respect. 3. Model Emotional Honesty and Resilience Growth isn't linear. Life throws curveballs, and the way forward isn't always clear. Let your kids see you wrestle with your own challenges, express authentic emotions, and bounce back. Showing how you handle setbacks teaches a crucial lesson: strength isn't about perfection—it's about persistence. Letting go of the "super-parent" act and embracing real humanity actually empowers your kids to do the same. If you look at Indiana University and how they won the College National Championship, you would see that their quarterback, Fernando Mendoza, wasn't raised with the best of everything. Instead, his mom and I'm sure his dad, taught him how to do his best in whatever circumstances he found himself in. He wasn't recruited by a top 10 football program. In fact, he was third string with more failures on the field than successes. That doesn't work well for a hopeful NFL quarterback. But Mendoza's mom did everything she could to the best of her ability, even with her diagnosis of MS (Multiple Sclerosis). When her children were young, they didn't know what mommy had been fighting as they were growing up. Just from a few things I've read since all the hype from her son's success on the field, Mendoza's mom can teach us all a few things: be who you are becoming, love more, and be present. Parenting doesn't stop when your kids hit milestones or chase their own dreams. The "way" you're preparing is never finished—it's a living, breathing path you pave together. Grow with them, adapt, and show up honestly. That's the living legacy your kids will remember. "Be present. Be incredible. 3950 Choose What You Carry Forward

So much in life is left in the trenches of what we lost or what didn't make it. Success can leave scars as much as failures. But the sting is always greater when something does not go your way. Yet, that's not how your story gets to end. There is joy in the morning, and you get to choose what you carry forward. That choice isn't because of how much you know or the wit you've picked up along the way—though those add richness to your journey.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? What you bring with you shapes not just your next step, but your entire path ahead. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo The Apostle Paul knew the weight of what to leave behind and what to carry on. He said it plainly in Philippians 3:13-14: 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Paul teaches us that progress depends on consciously shedding the dead weight of the past and intentionally moving toward what lies ahead, what's right in front of you. Too often, we get stuck swirling in the rut of "what went wrong"—a relentless replay of failures and disappointments. But the trouble is that the longer you linger there, the more you settle in the trenches. You let your past become your prison. And where is the freedom in that? Freedom starts by choosing what you carry forward. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose what you carry forward! Think about a forest — a living, growing forest. The seeds it carries forward are the future trees, the promise of fresh green under sunlit skies. Your life is no different. The seeds you plant today, the lessons you hold close, the hopes you refuse to bury — those are the things that grow into your "now." Create your now! Because it all begins by what you decide to carry forward. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:34: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Here's a clear call to live focused on today, not trapped by yesterday's shadows or tomorrow's anxieties. Carry forward your courage, your hard-won wisdom, your capacity to forgive—and most importantly, your choice to keep moving. Carry forward your resiliency, the smile that comes after storms, and the faith that better days are yours to claim. In the end, life's trenches are real, but they are not permanent. The difference between sinking and standing is your choice to carry forward what fuels growth, healing, and purpose. So—what will you choose to carry forward? You got this, because God's got you! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
