In episode 518 of Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things, we are back with our Wednesday Mindset series which includes expert talks, connected conversations, meditation/mantras and talks with Aiden.
This episode is part of the Meditation Mantra series.

As part of the Wednesday mindset education series on this show you’ll be hearing from me as I share with you some writings I've created based off of some of the internal meditations, mantras and internal dialogue that I do for myself. Over the years this thinking has helped me and so I share it with you because sometimes we just need to know, yes, I got this.

Today’s meditation and mantra is focused on growth.  We have started a new year and it always seems to be a time people decide to change although side note, you can change and grow any time of the year.  This meditation is about getting into a growth mindset.

Prescilla John ,

Keri is outstanding!!!

I had the opportunity to showcase my expertise as a mental health provider on Keri’s live podcast right about the time of the 6 year anniversary of her podcast. It was an AMAZING experience to be able to connect with with Keri and inform a global audience about trauma and resiliency and educate them on ways to use dance, movement, yoga and mindfulness to foster resiliency. Keri’s interview skills are sharp and on point! Keri is compassionate, knowledgeable and knows how to ask the right questions that bring out the best in her interviewee. This is a rare skill and Keri definitely has it down to a science. Every person that I spoke with who tuned in to the show reported that they felt Keri was an exceptional Interviewer! She was truly born to to this and I know her podcast will grow exponentially as a result of her genuine passion and expertise!!!

Phenomenal show with a phenomenal host!

Keri is a phenomenal podcast host and her years of experience are evident in each episode she produces. She asks thoughtful and insightful questions keeping her audience in mind, while always making her guests feel comfortable at the same time. I had the honor and pleasure of being interviewed on her amazing podcast "Extraordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things" with my wife for a recent relationship series she did on her show and we had an amazing time sharing our story. I recommend Keri's podcast for anyone looking for inspiring content as well as any potential guests looking for a safe space to share their stories. Great work, Keri!
