    How do we Honor God ?

    To honor is to regard with great respect. Respect is a feeling of deep admiration as a result of one's abilities, qualities and achievements. For God demands of all those who have been brought into a personal relationship with him to honor him. "'A son honors his father, and a slave his master. If I am a father, where is the honor due me? If I am a master, where is the respect due me?' Says the LORD Almighty. 'It is you priests who show contempt for my name.'"  Malachi 1:6

    Walking like Jesus Did

    From when we are born, humans always have features similar to their parents. Whether it's physical, by actions or both. It is in our nature to look up and be influenced by things they say or do. So how then do we let Jesus's words and actions influence our lives as we call him our father? "We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. Whoever says, 'I know him,' but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did." 1 John 2:3-6
