Each meditation is a companion to a series Naren Michael is writing with fellow animal communicator Melanie Hartt and a horse named Star. Bring your animal.     Tea Party for the Soul

    A quiet place. An animal you love. One small thing they want you to see. This is a twelve minute guided meditation, and it is the companion piece to Tea Party for the Soul, the third post in the series Melanie Hartt and I are writing. That post closes with something to go and try. This is that same thing, with a voice to follow, so you do not have to hold the steps in your head while you do them. You will be taken somewhere comfortable first. A clearing, or a forest, somewhere with a little water running through it. Then you call in one animal. They may be here with you physically or they may be in spirit, and it makes no difference, because they are with you either way. You reach out a hand and they come into it. Then you ask them to show you something. Something they want you to see, to know. It may arrive as something you hear, or see, or even smell, or simply as an idea that turns up. If nothing comes, that is fine, and there is a place in the meditation for that too. At the end you are asked to write down what you were given. Find somewhere you will not be interrupted. Lie down if you can, or sit comfortably with your feet flat on the ground. Headphones are lovely but not required. The background sound is deliberately quiet, so that it stays underneath and does not pull at you. Please do not listen while driving.
